Blaine and Dave were polite, and very efficient. They were very conscientious about not damaging plants and careful not to damage surrounding surfaces with sealant overspray. Office manager Amanda was very good at communicating status with me. I am so pleased. Last year I spent 3 days cleaning the pavers. I will never do that again. The sealant is expected.To last 2-3 years. Time will tell, but if it looks good in 12 months you can bet that I will be calling them again. So much better than just power washing.

Dana's estimate was comparable to others that I got, but he included extras, like pressure washing my sidewalk. He also uses 3 coats of sealant and the others only 2. He came the same day I called him to give me the estimate. Was very knowledgable and professional. He moved all the heavy furniture on my patio and came back after the job was done to replace the furniture. His workers were very detailed. I saw one of them cleaning up the mulch in my flower bed as they were leaving.

They said they would be here for the estimate before Noon so I stayed home that morning and waited. No one showed up or called and when I called them, they were on their way to Naples and "could stop by if I didn't want to wait until they were on their way back" which would have been several more hours. I wasn't happy with that which is why I gave the poor ratings in those categories.

Very impressed! We have had this done several times before, but these results were phenomenal! Looks awesome and staff were so nice and great to work with. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Proud to pull up to the house!

WE called on a Saturday and asked for an estimate. Tropical Pavers came out the same day to give us the estimate and completed the work bright and early the next day. Our pavers look clean and brand new. The sealant looks like it was evenly applied. Terrific job! I have no idea how much this service would cost somewhere else and we weren't actually given an estimate of the square feet being done but the work was good and we have no complaints about that. Given the speed of service, and the fact that they came out and did the work on a Sunday, I am pleased with all. Would have liked a more detailed estimate but I could have insisted on one I guess. Thanks for coming out so fast and making our deck look great!

Tropical was very professional and responded in a timely manner. The estimate was in great detail and there was no surprises when the work was started. The crew was awesome the work completed was dynomite!!

I contracted Tropical Paver Sealing to seal the pavers on my pool deck and a small section of pavers outside my pool screen. The staff that came out was very professional and informative. They cleaned the pavers including mildicide and applied 3 coats of a water based epoxy on the pavers. I was very satisfied with the work. Dana Wyandt, the owner, came to my home to do a final inspection. He wasn't quite satisfied and had the crew come back Saturday and apply 3 more coats. I would gladly use Tropical Paver Sealing again and refer them to anyone who wanted a High Quality, Professional service as I did. Scott Roberg

There were some issues with damage from pressure washing. However the provider took care of it.

Immediately responded to my call. They were able to come immediately. They say that they work until dark; and they did the power washing until then. The next morning they finished up any missed washing spots so that it was a good job. They put on three coats of sealer and strung a red line across the bottom of the driveway, since it could not be driven on for 24 hours. The driveway and walk look excellent and so very much better. I don't think that they had ever been sealed before. I would hire this company to re-seal again in a few years.

We do not recommend this company. We chose this company strictly off of their Angie's List rating and received a very shoddy job. After having them come back 3 different times to try and get what we paid for we gave up. Our pavers look as if they have never been sealed.

The Provider replied very quickly and were very professional; but unfortunately do not provide the specific service I was trying to get done. If I decide to change the scope of my project, I would definitely call them again.

Met with Dana and Amanda, who took the time to explain in detail how they work and what results we could expect. They also drew our attention to a number of important issues regarding the drainage system around the pool, which we appreciated. The follow-up information they provided with the quote was very detailed and made us feel comfortable that they had the experience, knowledge and skills to do the job right. On the scheduled day, the guys showed up a little late as they had to pick up some supplies, but once they started they worked extremely hard - in particular spending a great deal of time getting the pavers cleaned before applying the sealer. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and before the last coat had a chance to dry completely, we had a torrential downpour. Dana immediately addressed our concern and arranged for the guys to come back first thing the next day to add another top coat - no questions asked. Great customer service! The pavers look immaculate and we will definitely use Tropical Paver Sealing when we need to reseal in a few years time.

Based on Angie's List reviews, the owner, Dana Wyandt and Amanda came out and provided an estimate. While the quoted price was a bit daunting, Dana assured us that his process would significantly improve the look of the pavers and remove all existing mildew that had built up. We also had material on the pavers that had whitened the pavers and needed removal from a previous poorly done sealing effort. He was confident they could remove that coating and restore the pavers. While busy, he worked us into his schedule based on our needs and actually ended up coming earlier than expected. He also called to keep us informed of when his crew would arrive over the two days they did the work. I can't say enough about the two men that actually did the work. They were meticulous, spending hours preparing the surfaces and then applying 3 coats of sealant. Where I had damaged pavers, they replaced (a service they included because I had pavers left over from the original paving work). This was far above and beyond my expectations. I am always a bit nervous when a service owner is not directly involved in the work, fearing the crew will not perform to the marketing pitch. Not so here. They know what they are doing and take pride in doing a great job. Sign of a good company is when the crew doesn't need oversight to do great work. Will definitely have them back when it is time to refresh and clean in the future.

Searched Angie's list for this job and saw that this company had very good reviews. Dana (owner) and Amanda came by the house the day after I requested a quote. They measured the entire area to be done and Dana gave us some pointers on keeping the pavers looking good to protect our investment. The pool has been in about a year and the pool company that did the work had to do some repairs on the bullnose brick edging around the pool, so we waited until that was completed before having the sealing done. Two employees arrived about a week later on the scheduled date, got started by 8:30 and were all done with everything by 12:00. They even offered to pressure wash my driveway and front sidewalk at no charge. We had just pressure washed the driveway on the previous weekend but I appreciated the offer and I told them to go ahead. Everyone that I talked to was very personable, the price was right , and the work performed was excellent. All the pavers and the bullnose edging around the pool look great. Dana called the next day to make sure that all the work was done to our satisfaction. It was, and we'll use this company again. The sealer really brings out the color of the brick and we'll have this work done again in about 3 years as Dana said that every 2 1/2 to 3 years was normal for new sealant to be applied.

He told us they were not ready to be re sealed like we wanted, quite yet. He said in the next year we would need to clean them 4 times and get them ready for sealing. He explained if he did the cleaning it would be 3x the cost, he he gave us the recommendations and all of the instructions. He even followed up by having his secretary send us detailed instructions. We will be calling him in one year for the sealing. He seems so very knowledagble.

It was great, really a noticeable difference. They didn't just powerwash before the sealing, there was a big round machine with bristles on the bottom, it really cleaned the brick pavers better than powerwashing alone could possibly do. I thought the price seemed a bit high, but he said it should last 2.5-3 years before I need to do it again. I opted to just have it done rather than shop around. One thing I have to say, there is no way to avoid getting the pool dirty during this process, so don't schedule it the day before you are planning a pool party or anything, give yourself time for the pool water to filter things out. Once we cleaned the pool filter a couple times the pool is looking good again and deck around it looks great and should be easier to maintain with the sealant. There was a crew here (I forget exactly but it was 3 or 4 people) and they were all busy for a full 6 hours. When its time to do this again, I will use Tropical Paver Sealing.

Contacted Tropical Pavers via their website. Received a call same day from Amanda. She arrived a few hours later to provide an estimate. She must've been on a mission because she was done in less than 5 mins and provided me with the estimate. Asked about the services and she seemed pretty knowledgeable. I informed her I would get back with her to set a date but apparently she already set one up. Dana, the owner, contacted me on Monday morning and stated he had a crew finishing up a job in Tampa and asked if the job could be performed that day. I was a bit concerned since I was not available to remove any furniture and show concerns I had with the pavers. Everything was said verbally over the phone to Dana and he forwarded the information to the workers. Dana was professional and was very responsive to my calls. For that I score them an A. I am not certain if I am100% completely satisfied with the service as I really expected more of a shine from the pavers and the website clearly showed a much more different look than mine came out but they were clean and I am happy with that. Pricing was more than I anticipated but I selected this company due to their punctual responses and good feedback. Overall I would recommend them for service as the pavers due look much better than before. The pavers outside of the pool lanai looked amazing.

Called and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. They came out for a prompt estimate. Price was comparable to other estimates but had the coupon from Angie's List. Due to reviews on Angie's List and BBB I selected this company because some of the other companies I got estimates for had bad reviews. His service was prompt and professional. He helped me move my patio furniture. Unfortunately due to it being love bug season he recommended rescheduling until after love bug season because he didn't want the bugs to be sealed in the paver sealant. I really appreciated his honesty on that. He called me to reschedule when it was time and service prompt and professional. No dirt or debris in pool and pavers looked great.

I have brick pavers on my pool deck, which is quite large, that needed a good cleaning and sealing. I was contacted by Tropical Paver Sealing within 24 hours of my online request. Was very surprised at how thorough a d reasonable their quote was. Dana and his crew were able to come right out after I accepted the quote. The deck looks absolutely beautiful. I had a few questions afterward and Dana was very responsive. Tropical Paver Sealing truly lives up to its Angie's List reviews.
