they came out and said that they could get my water up because it had lost its prime so he cut my new coupling off the pipe and put two of his own on and they try once to prime the pump and robert told randy ok were spending to much time here we got to go and as he left told me that it was my well gone dry. and then he charge me 75.00 for all that and did nothing. I had to hire another well man to come out and prime my pump and he got the water running to my house and he told me that there is nothing wrong with my well. so I feel I got rob by two guys who didnt know what there doing by the way couplings at home depot are 55 cents each.

they were very professional, fixed the problems however, they forgot to give me an estimate before they started the work.

Due to some miscommunication I expected them on Friday morning, but they showed up on Saturday morning. However, he fixed what I believed to be a complex problem quite quickly, and took half-off the service call charge. He was very professional. The entire repair was very reasonable. I'm happy to recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Robert was very prompt and showed up on time. He found the problem in our current sprinkler system and was completed in less than a half hour. I would say definitely recommend Atlantis Water Services and will use them in future if needed.

I was without water on Sunday, went online, only expecting to get queued for a Monday service call, after 5 minutes, Atlantis called and within about 1 hour, he was on site. Unfortunately, it was late and cold and the problem was bigger than first thought, but he returned the next morning and replaced my pump. He gave me options and let me know everything along the way. Great job.
