OUR WATER PUMP BROKE TONIGHT. WE HAD NO WATER. CHECKED WITH SERVICE MAGIC AND THEY REFERRED US TO TWO COMPANIES. THE ONLY ONE TO CALL BACK WAS ATLANTIS WATER. WE TOLD THEM WHAT THE PUMP WAS DOING AND THEY HAD US TRY A COUPLE OF THINGS AND WE GOT IT RUNNING. THE BREAKER WAS TRIPPED. THEY DIDN'T CHARGE US ANYTHING AND WE WILL KEEP THEIR NAME FOR FUTURE WORK. Highly recommed this company. Atlantis Water Services solved my problem and charged me less of what I was expecting. I will call this company again next time if any sprinkler system problem come along.

THE WATER WENT OUT IN OUR NEIGHBOR HOOD LAST NIGHT. WE HAVE A COMMUNITY WELL SUPPLY THAT IS MAINTAINED BY A LOCAL WATER COMPANY. WE TRIED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM BY ONLY GOT AN ANSWERING SERVICE. I HAVE USED SERVICE MAGIC IN THE PAST AND HAVE BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR CONTRACTORS. I CALLED THEM AGAIN AND THEY REFERRED US TO ATLANTIS. THEM CAME RIGHT OUT EVALUATED THE PROBLEM, ONCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL THEY HAD EVERY AVAILABLE TECHNICIAN OUT WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT ALL OF THE ELECTRIC MOTORS WERE BURNDT OUT. ATLANTIS BROUGHT IN TEMPORARY MOTORS AND HAD US BACK IN WATER BEFORE DAWN. THEY ARE A FIVE STAR CONTRACTOR.
