My home water pump went out on a Saturday, Atlantis had someone here in very short time and assessed the problem. He completed the absolutely necessary repairs including a new pump, which will give me water. He also noted that the bladder was not functioning correctly, and he will be returning on Monday to replace that. They are very accomodating financially, their service is impecible, clean, neat and very honest to a senior like myself who has to depend on well versed pros to help them. They were much more than just accomodating, but assisted in every way they could, and I had water that evening.

We were so worried we would not find a company to do a good job on our water system. Looking at all the positive reviews that they had we felt Atlantis would live up to our expectations and complete the project within our time and for the price they guaranteed. We called and asked if they could hook us up to reclaim county water. They had the best price and were quick. They answered all of our questions and cleaned up.

Did the job well and after several months still working perfect. Minor complaint was he did not return the ground or mulch to what it was before he dug up the valves. This is a minor issue and would in no way keep me from calling these guys again to fix something again. Recommended

Pump was tripping breaker and we didn't have water. We were connected to Atlantis Water over the Internet. They came over and didn't even charge for their trip charge. They said the pump needed to be replaced. They gave us a fair price and even though we couldn't afford it they broke the payments over a couple of months. They made sure we were satisfied and we will refer them to all my family and friends.

had a problem withour system. after explaining problem with atlantis over the phone they suggested a couple of fixes that worked but didn't charge us anything. i will keep their number for future needs and to give to all of our friends and neighbors.

Relocated to a home here. Don't know anything about a sprinkler system. First month water bill was over $650. The county utilities told me there was a leak in the sprinklers. Had used Service Magic in the past and had great results. They sent me to Atlantis Water who scheduled us an appointment that afternoon. They offered a free estimate and I chose to hire them.
