They do bad work and have horrible systems and customer service practices.I repeat stay away from all rite water company in vero/sebastian area at all cost , bad company, bad work practices, bad systems and you will end up paying for nothing but horrible service and poor quality water. THEY SPECIALIZE IN EXTORTION OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Knowledgeble, respectful and prompt

So... if you are looking for the best then this is the best company around. We are so lucky to have them. I looked around and then called to get an estimate. Lynn is always so cordial and set me up with Mike Duhane. He was absolutely a hard worker and very professional. He is so knowledgeable and never stopped until he was finished. I had a few issues with my old system and he knew just what I needed and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to actually see beautiful clear water every time I shower. No more floating unknowns in the toilet tank. It is a remarkable company from the owner Todd VanHouten to Roy Monk. Thank you all for helping to make me a cleaner and happier client. You all really are the best!!!

Very good company so far. I have a service contract with them. The young lady who answers the phone is very friendly and very accommodating. And the service guy who comes here is very knowledgeable and takes his time and does a very good job. I recommend them highly.

Well I am new to having a water softener and reverse osmosis system in my home. So I went on a quest to have 5 different companies come to my home and introduce me to what was on the market. Ill be totally honest with you..All-Rite Water Purification, Inc out of Vero Beach, FL sent Mr. Cruz to show case their product and services. Super impressed with his knowledge and technical know how. I hired his company and man it has been an outstanding experience. I was surprised somebody returned my call on a holiday which yesterday was Memorial Day and we did not have any water. The call was returned promptly by a very friendly and courteous employee. He was here within 2 hours and did excellent work.

Called on a Sunday and they were at my house in less than 2 hours later and the repairs completed within another hour..

There are located over an hour away. Why did you get a firm so far away?

Kyle, the technician, was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and had a clear grasp on what needed to be done to correct my problem. The reason why a 4.5 star instead of a 5.0 is that no matter how good you are (and he was) there always is something that could have been better, so a 4.5 from me is like getting a 5.0. Thanks for the good job.
