Efficient, courteous, good job in general

Although we had such a small move, it was still necessary to hire a Moving Company. I contacted several local Moving Companies, and one Long Distance Company. It was amazing how much their "guesstimates" varied, which was pretty scary to me. Chad, from Master Movers, came to my condo, and gave me a "Flat Rate". That meant that the price he gave me would not increase, due to any circumstance. Master Movers was Rated as the # 1 Moving Company in Venice, Florida, by the readers of our local newspaper, last year. Quite an endorsement! Needless to say, I hired Master Movers for my move. Three men arrived as promised, on time, and with extremely friendly and positive attitudes. They surveyed what they were supposed to move,carefully wrapped all my furniture, and loaded their nice-looking truck. They followed my request to load certain pieces of furniture last, so that they would be the first pieces off the truck, as our cable provider was scheduled to arrive a few hours after the movers arrived, and I needed to make sure the TV cabinets, etc., were in place when the cable installer arrived. It worked like clock work. The movers were extremely courteous, friendly, and hard-working! Even a few of my neighbors later told me that they had been courteous and friendly to them. Outstanding! My furniture was left in the exact places I wanted them to be. They also, took the time to run extension cords through, and behind, 2, 3 piece wall units, that once in place I would never had been able to do myself. Amazing Customer Service! The movers needed to stay quite a bit longer than the time was estimated, but, my charge remained exactly as stated in my contract! Unbelievable, but greatly appreciated! I can't recommend Master Movers highly enough! From Chad, who gave me the "Flat Rate", to Christina, who handled the scheduling, to the 3 movers, who did all the heavy work! Everyone of them, listened to what I wanted, and did what I asked them to do, while maintaining a very professional, courteous, and friendly manner. My husband and I, have moved many times, but have never experienced such an easy move, all thanks to Master Movers!

Movers Eli and Corey did a great job with physical move. No furniture involved but lots of steps. Main issues dealt with the original quote ($700 over estimate) and loss of power cord for 65*. Took them from Nov. 22 (date of move) till Dec. 5 to find it and ship it to me. Understand that quotes need to be flexible but was charged an extra hour for time truck sat in traffic on I-t. Did not think that was fair. Not sure I would use them again.

The absolute best moving company I ve ever used. They truly live up to their tag line of movers with manners ! Our job was not easy as the furniture pieces were very large and heavy. The place we moved all of it to was on the second floor so they had to haul all of it up a staircase that was narrow for the size of the pieces. I know they never planned to work a 10+ hour day but that is what it took and they were as polite and conscious at the end as they were to start. If I could give them a 100 star rating I would do it. Thank you all!!!!

Are two movers for courteous efficient and arrived on time. We will use them again if needed. A good choice

The 3 guys worked hard and efficiently, but we have a few pieces of furniture with scratches and dings in them from the move.

Manny and his partner, sorry cant remember his name were great, very professional and motivated, want them back when I move into my new house

We received excellent service. The guys very helpful and friendly.

Expensive but I think worth it

They came out on time! They were very courteous to me and careful with my furniture. They even padded the door frame so my wall and furniture would not be damaged going to the truck. They are a little pricey but so worth it. You get what you pay for. Give them a call.
