Great moving company to work with from start to finish! Came out immediately after initial phone call to give estimate/ quote. They were very thorough about inventory & our special instructions & offered a reasonable price. From then on, their follow up & moving info was continuous so we felt very secure in the approaching move. On moving day, our 2-man team (Mike & Brandon) arrived on time, carefully protected our doors, wrapped all furniture & all was loaded in 2 hours! Unloading @ our new home was just as flawless & quick. Mike & Brandon were friendly, professional & very pleasant to work with. We highly recommend Master Movers for your next move!

Be aware of this company. They cannot find of one of our vaults of furniture and other household goods that were packed in boxes that they were storing for us. When our delivery from their storage facility came, we realized that we were missing furniture and other household items. Their storage facility or operations manager was called, and we were told they missed a vault of our items and they would return the next day with the entire vault of items. That was on Saturday, December 16, 2023. No one showed on Sunday and we were forced to call to find out what was happening with our items. As of tonight Monday, December 18, we were told by one of their managers that they are unable to find the vault. They checked one of their storage facilities, and were unable to locate it. We were told they are going to look at the other tomorrow to see if they can locate the missing vault. How does this company lose an entire vault? We were guaranteed that storing our furniture, and another household items with them would be safe. Why would one vault be stored at another facility from where the other vaults were stored? I could go on, but I wonâ t. Iâ m sitting here tonight wondering if theyâ re going to find our missing furniture or not. I will leave you with, if the vault is not at the other facility where did it go? Did it get delivered to another home and it was not reported by the homeowner that they received our furniture? How could a vault, a large wooden crate of our items just disappear? Think three times before hiring this company! I will never hire them again for anything! They were not the least expensive at and at this point have proven they canâ t be trusted with your belongings!

Everyone was so nice to work with this way a stressful situation and these guys made it very street free. I would highly recommend them.

Manny was in charge of a crew of four men. They arrived on time to my house, were efficient and hard working. I was extremely stressed about the move and they all were kind and made my concerns a priority. I was amazed how quickly and professionally they wrapped and loaded each piece of furniture, stored it in their own climate-controlled units and then unloaded it in my new house. Master movers are well trained and I highly recommend them for any and all moving needs.

Manny James and JJ were very professional and took great care at pick up and delivery. Very big hot tub and difficult terrain upon which to move. Definitely will use them if I need to move.

From the girls in the office, Kerstyn and Amanda, to the movers, Acob and Genero (sp), everyone did an excellent job. The girls in the office guided me through the whole process as I have never used a moving service. In the past I have always done it myself. Man I'll tell you ,this is the way to go. Everything was done efficiently and professionally The guys were very careful with everything and even pointed out to me stuff that had been broken by the people who had been hired by my ex landlord to load a POD that I had rented to make the move easier for me. The guys went above and beyond to unload the POD, as it was extremely hot that morning of the move. Then it started to pour out which lasted almost a half hour.. Once the rain stopped, everything along it should have. Unfortunately, when we got to my house, they had to tackle a flight of stairs, which they handled (it seemed to me) with ease and efficiency. I was quire struck with their work ethic. You should be proud to have such great people working for you. I highly recommend this company, f

They were a pleasure to work with. They were very careful with our furniture and treasures. Placed furniture for us and picked up wardrobe boxes after we emptied them later that week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Kerry, Andrey and Stephen were great. On time, got right to work and didn't waste time. I was expecting 2 movers but got 3. I didn't have much furniture to move but it was all heavy so all 3 of the guys were needed. All of the Master Movers staff were very helpful from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone. Went above and beyond

Prior to hiring Master Movers, they came to my residence so they could give an accurate estimate for the cost of the move (none of the other companies did this). They showed up on time and were very professional. They moved me out of an apartment into a 2nd floor condo with some VERY heavy furniture within 8 hours. They didn't even take a break other than the drive to the new place! After my prior move, I vowed never to hire movers again, but Master Movers changed my mind about this.

We had Chris and Jahn and they were great. The worked like mad to get the job done. Don't know how they do it, but they do. Very polite and respectful. I would definitely hire this company again and I will recommend them highly.

At the beginning of this process I was working with Chad and he was just great. He answered all of my questions and stayed on top of things. Then Amanda was very helpful and confirming the job. On the day of my service I had Elijah and Anthony as my movers they were just awesome great teamwork more like Ying and yang / little brother big brother. They moved my storage unit, then my condo to my new home. Hard workers. We talked about baseball and what to do in town drum circle events. Great conversations and great job....top notch!
