It went very well. He arrived within the hour after my call. He gave me a reasonable estimate. He then got his equipment and sprayed the bathroom with an antibacterial agent, hand dried the walls and floor, bagged the dirty towels for me to wash later, and let a high powered fan in the bathroom for the weekend to dry it out. He returned on today and picked up his fan and check. Highly recommend this company.

We awoke on July 4, 2014, to find that a toilet line had broken during the night and the clean water had soaked over 1/3 of the house.? I shut off the water at the toilet and called the insurance company.? While on the line with them, I searched Angie's List and saw that Dry Master was located very close to my house and had excellent ratings.? I called them, informed them of the problem, and they said they'd be right over.? Keeping in mind that this was July 4th, a national holiday and the start of what was a long weekend for many people, Dry Master showed up within one hour.? They got right to work, vacuuming out water, and then setting up fans and humidifiers to dry out the walls and other mostly-inaccessible spots.? After the initial work, they setup four dehumidifiers and about 16 fans to circulate air and complete the drying.? The owner, Marty Albright, came by daily to check on things, using various equipment to detect any remaining water.? As areas dried out, he removed equipment.? After 4-5 days, the equipment finally showed that everything had dried out.? Dry Master worked thru my insurance company, who paid the bill.? The experience was as good as it could have been.?

Marty Albright was fantastic to work with. He arrived on schedule and completed all of the drying below his original estimate.

One person came out, it only took him about an hour to suck up the water, and he set a few fans and a dehumidifier. He did come right away and i do very much appreciate his promptness. He's not cheap but he's nice, concerned, and efficient.

Marty's perfect really.  No problems, no complaints,  Highly recommend.  Like I said I will strongly recommend him to others.  If everyone operated like him we would have a much nicer world.

Came promptly and gave us useful advice. This was a small job but very happy with the service and would definitely call him again.

The situation was urgent due to a water pipe leak under a concrete slab which continued to soak the padding and carpet in a bedroom.  Had it not been for Marty Albright's quick response, the water damage would have continued to soak more carpeting. He placed fans and humidifiers throughout the room, came by to adjust them the following day, then came back two days later to check the carpeting and remove his equipment. He was always prompt, friendly and courteous. We appreciated his help so much!

Luckly I had heard about Dry Masters from a friend who assured me that Marty was an honest business owner that we could trust with our problem. There are so many scam artists in the water damage business you have to be very careful who you use. Marty showed up right away and proceeded to tell me what he would have to do dry up our problem. He said our homeowners insurance would cover any damage due do this mistake by the AC contractor. He was right, he started drying up our problem that day. He was prompt, courteous and knew his business very well. It was refreshing to call an honest company that said what they were going to do and then did exactly what they said. He billed our insurance company directly and handled all our paperwork, it was as easy as could be. No high price bait and switch, or high pressure salesmen here. I would highly reccomend if you have a need for a water damage company that you call Marty at Dry Masters. Keep up the good work!

The owner, Marty walked me through all we are going to have to do, he is working on the estimate. I have a house full of company due in any day and he helped mitigate any more damage and determined that we could wait until the company leaves to start tearing everything out as the actual drying process between tear down and repair is awhile. He also advised us on what we could do ourselves to save money. How refreshing!

Excellect experience with a nasty problem....Marty, the owner was my service man. Very pleasant man, Worked and also explained to me everything he was doing or going to do so I understood the process. Job took about 1.5 hours. He left the area clean and will return in three days to pick up the dehumidifier and blowers.
