Description of Work: I had a leak and Marty came out right after I contacted him and set up fans to dry out the impacted areas. He billedy insurance so I didn't have to pay him directly.

Description of Work: I came home from vacation to find my ac unit leaking and water damage on my ceiling. Since the water damage was an immediate need I quickly joined angies list to find a reputable water damage company. I spoke with one company who said I would definitely have to use my insurance since the repair would far surpass my insurance deductible of 1K, he was talking a probable thousands of dollars. As a responsible consumer, I continued getting quotes and information. I found Marty on Angie's List. Marty came out and said he could take care of it for 400! He was nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and experienced. He was familiar with the other company and said he hears that regularly from other customers. He finds he usually charges less than other companies because they tend to overcharge. He will accurately a**** your situation and tell you what he can and can't do and what he recommends. For example, he had to remove the baseboards and didn't replace (told me upfront and I agreed) but for 400 I'm happy to do it myself. He came back a few times to check on the drying because of one challenging area but he was honest through the whole process. I can't see behind the wall so I'm trusting that he finished the work correctly and is being honest. I do find him trustworthy, will use him again if I have a need and will happily recommend him. He is a great gem of a real good business owner and I hope to see him again around town. I highly recommend him. He will be honest and fair. If he can't help he will tell you. If you can he will be upfront and charge a fair price.

Description of Work: Removed carpet, loosened baseboards and sprayed fungicide in a room where we had a water leak.

Description of Work: Removed moisture from padding and carpet in a bedroom after a concrete slab leak.

Description of Work: We had a hidden wtaer leak in our home due to an installation error during construction of our home. The AC company that installed our system did not cover it pipes with stud guards. Of course Murphy's law kicked in and the drywallers put a nail thru our pvc drain pipe for the AC system. This caused a very slow leak whenever the AC unit was running. It ruined our wood floor in the dining room and started mold growth inside our walls, it was a nightmare. I have heard so many bad stories from friends and colleagues about water damage companies ripping off consumers. We did not know who to call since there are so many shady water damage companies out there.

I am in the stage of gathering all my estimates BUT as an insurance agency owner, attendee of many water damage/mitigation classes and property and casualty insurance agent in Florida since 1978 I had to post immediately concerning Dry Master. When something like this happens and you have no prior reason to have had to hire a water mitigation expert it is hard deciding who to call even when looking at Angie's list...Look no further. I was happy Angie's List business Parkers Plumbing, a great plumber I have used a few times, recommended Dry Master.

Description of Work: Was referred to Dry Master by my plumber, McNatts, remove water in bedroom carpet, baseboards, etc. Arrived promptly, extracted water, left blowers and dehumidifier for three days, sprayed to r***** mildew, took away damaged wood baseboards.
