Rob, the fellow who completed the work was a true professional.

The only reason all ratings are not higher is because the job is not yet complete. Matt was professional, courteous, thorough and informative. Scheduling was convenient and on time. My expectation is they will deliver on all work promised and to my satisfaction.

Matt is a very knowledgeable technician. He secured my crawlspace from intrusion after a complete inspection and set a trap for possible remaining vermin.

Quick response, thorough investigation into problem, devised a plan of action, started phase one. Matt was very informative and shortly found evidence of rats whereas another company was unsuccessful in four weeks of visits in finding evidence or eliminating the problem.

The guys are friendly and professional but they're still working on catching the raccoon.

Robert and Dylan came out after our initial contact and were prompt and professional. They knew how to trap a pesky raccoon that had been using the couch on our porch as a crash pad. They were successful on the first night and removed the critter quickly the next day. When we noted evidence of another uninvited visitor, they returned and repeated their quick success at no additional charge. The porch is ours to enjoy again. Thank you A Team for a job well done.

After being told by an arborist that we have a nest of citrus rats in our lawn my husband and I started contacting rodent removal services. After having two well-known companies come out for consultations we were told they don't do removals, but can add protective options for future problems. After hearing the exorbitant prices we decided to check on Home Advisor for assistance. After reading reviews on a few different companies we chose A-Team Trappers. I scheduled an appointment through the options provided for the following Saturday since all the Thursday and Friday appointments were full. Within minutes I received a call from Tyler at A-Team Trappers. He listened to everything that the arborist told us and gave us a few options he felt could work for our situation. We scheduled an evaluation of the situation for Friday evening. A full day before the consultation date. Tyler was very professional and knowledgeable. We look forward to working with Tyler during to eradication of the rodents and will be scheduling further home protective options to deter/prevent future problems.

A-Team is not finished at this time. They told us when they would be here and what the plan was to relocate 25 Peafowls. Tyler came out on the day he said, put up a corral with a tarp on top and said it would take more than one day maybe even a couple of weeks. So far he has been extremely professional and reasonable and honest.
