A Team Trappers

This company was referred to us by our local Pest Control. We are a Property Management company. After the hurricane, we experienced a lot of problems with rats. A Team Trappers is the most professional company I have worked with. They investigate the situation. They provide pictures and the estimate of repair. Once agreed to the work, they keep you informed every step of the way with us and the tenants. They put your mind at ease that the situation will be resolved. I would recommend the company and their services to anyone!!

Ty came out same day I called them.He is very knowledgeable &friendly.He provided a free inspection &took photo evidence of issues &showed me areas needing repairs and how would be done as well as time frame &costs involved.There was no high pressure sales pitch,which I appreciated.Everyone very helpful quick response to my calls/questions.Always timely ,no waiting for hours!Very satisfied!Thank you so much!

Ty and Chris came to our home over multiple consecutive days to diagnose our particular problem. They were not only highly professional and thorough but they explained the numerous inspections and tests they were conducting and why they were doing the particular test. I will definitely recommend them to anyone with a potential rodent issue and I will use them again.

Matt came out to check my bat situation and do a free evaluation and recommendations. He was very knowledgeable and wonderful and spent a lot of time with me. I am very interested in wildlife and protecting bats because they are fascinating and so valuable to the environment. Turns out that after roosting in a hiding place on my patio for over a month, they had left the day before. It's against FL law to disturb them in the summer breeding season. Matt checked my house for any possible entry points in case they are looking around for a new roost. Looks tight. I learned about the problems that bats can cause in a house and how to take precautions. This company is thorough and humane, so don't hesitate to call on them. They will also, if necessary, come back to follow up on a job. I did offer a tip as I was so pleased but no money was required for all that advice. I am prepared for the little guys if they return and will definitely call on Matt again.
