Everyone that I dealt with was excellent. Heather in the office always accommodating the schedule to the customer needs. Ty and Brandon were awesome, very knowledgeable and had great customer service.

We had a raccoon family living in our backyard and using our pool as its own personal "bathroom facility." I called A-Team Trappers and they came out the same afternoon to set a trap. Within a week, all the raccoons were caught and we are now able to enjoy our backyard and pool area again! Great service from the office and technicians! Fast and efficient! We have passed their cards out to friends and neighbors and will keep their information for future critter concerns! Thank you A-Team Trappers!

I heard scurrying in the attic late on a Saturday night. I called A Team Trappers early on Sunday morning and left a message. They got right back to me and came out that day. A rat had gotten in through a pipe. The technician not only diagnosed the problem and set traps, he was able to find a plumber to come out that same day and fix the problem. The A Team Tech came out twice more to check the traps, and luckily we had no more rats. I have already recommended this company to my neighbors.

They sealed one entry spot as well as one potential entry location. Their traps snared one rodent that seemed to be the problem. Phone calls were timely announcing their arrival times & the men were very professional & dependable.

They still have to come back to finish job was to be here before end of week .So we will see!

Ty at A Team Trappers was great to work with! He came out the same day we called and took care of our rodent problem. Would highly recommend.

Can't say enough good things about this company. First, they were quick to respond to my phone call. Ty is a true professional. He explained the physical findings and showed photos of what the problems were. The service consists of Ty coming back multiple times. Each time, they called the day before and gave a 2 hour window and called the day of on when Ty was on his way. He got rid of the problem and gave us a one year guarantee.

A Team Trappers responded quickly and was helpful to find a resolution to my rodent problem. I gave a 4 star instead of 5 star review for customer service only because it took some time before I received a written statement of the problem and procedure to eliminate and prevent future problems to provide to my association and insurance.

The company did not provide me service. Their tech did not show up to the appointment. I asked for my money back and mailing a check is their only method of a refund even when I paid them with a credit card.

I can't recommend A Team Trappers enough! Their customer service is top notch, reliability is outstanding and their service is thorough and to my complete satisfaction! I had a very unique situation where it took a while to figure out where the rats in my attic were coming from. No matter how many times I called them to come out, they were always there as soon as possible (same day or next) without any hesitation. They were relentless in finding the root of my problem and solving my rodent issue. Do not hesitate to contact them if you have any rodent issues. Matt is outstanding!

We were very happy with our two week trapping session that led to the humane removal of eight raccoons and 2 opossums from our property over a two week period. Our animal control technician was friendly, courteous, well-informed, and highly dedicated to his work. We will definitely call A-Team again in the future.
