Removing rodents from the attic turned out to be a longer term project than we knew. A Team gave us a fair price, did all the required ground work, then moved forward with removal. Who knew it would be such a process? A Team. They stayed on schedule, had to return many times throughout the process and once THEY were satisfied that the problem was resolved, did the final. We truly respect their knowledge and expertise and are grateful the problem is solved, we are ensured that should they return, they will return as well. Loved the service and the service techs!

Great that the tech was able to give estimate and start work the same day.

The technician Cecilio was very professional, detailed and personable. His home inspection was thorough and he explained all that he would do to close any openings; and eliminate any rodents. He came back on the appointed days to check progress. The main office was very prompt and professional in responding when I called back regarding having my technician come back out to check/ clear the traps. Very impressed with their work and results from the start of the job.

Very nice young man by the name of Jake showed up early this morning. He went completely thru the attic and all around the house. He did a super job, Made sure no critters would get in. I would hire him again if needed.

Mr. Lugo assessed my rodent problem, addressed it promptly and has followed up exactly on schedule. He and the others at A-Team with whom I've spoken have been exemplary. Since I've never had a similar rodent problem, it's impossible actually to estimate the value-for-money although, if everything works, then - Yes - the money will have been well-spent.
