I had squirrel(s) for roommates. Drew was super friendly and helpful. He listened to all my concerns and explained how everything works, from how the problems come about to everything they can provide to make it go away. Very personable and reliable, easily worked around my schedule. Even the receptionist answering the phone had so much energy(I forget his name)! This is one of those things that sucks to have to invest so much money into, but has to be done. So the more accommodating the business is, makes a world of difference. All the work comes with a year long warranty as well. Thanks for your help, Drew!
