Steven was great, he found how a raccoon got in and took care of the problem. He told me it would take a few day's but that was to make sure the raccoon and her babies would be gone. He ever did a temporary fix for the hole till I can get a roofing company out to fix it.

Special cudios to Mr. Jake , the tech that did the project. He was efficient in completing the removal of unwanted animals from my attic... Thanks Jake...

Steven B. was excellent from beginning to end! Professional and friendly, thorough (from his initial assessment to completion), listened and answered all our questions. The momma squirrel and babies relocation was done humanely as possible, which was important to me. I had 2 (non-HomeAdvisor) companies do an assessment and estimate. Steven was the only assessment that was 100% correct (other companies said it was likely a rat) most reasonably priced, and made me feel confident the relocation and exclusion would be done right and humanely. Excellent and reliable customer service. Responded quickly and walked me through the process and timeline. Successfully addressed the problem. We identified the issue early, so this was trapping and sealing all possible entry points. We had no damage other than entry and exit points. A team remediation seems to be longer term using metal, mesh and mortar.

We had squirrels in our soffits. Drew from A Team Trappers came out to inspect and was very courteous and knowledgable. He explained exactly what needed to be done to eliminate the problem. He came out on 3 separate occasions to accomplish this. Arrived on time. Took pictures so I could see the work done on the roof and around the eaves. Let us know each time when the work was complete. I would highly recommend this company if you have a critter problem in or around your house.

I heard scratching in my walls and knew that meant I had a critter living in there and needed to get some help. The service was excellent from the scheduler I spoke to on the phone to the technician that came out to my house. He was extremely thorough as he checked all the ways an animal could get into my home before finally finding the access point. He came up with a solution to trap the animal and how to seal the access point once we were done. I am in the service business and know good service when I get it, this was exceptional service and I will recommend A-team to anyone that needs their help.

Obtained an estimate from A-Team Trappers and from another company that also has excellent reviews. The services each said they would provide was nearly identical. I chose A-Team Trappers because their estimate was 15% lower. JP performed the services over the course of a couple weeks (which is how long it takes to ensure squirrels have been completely removed from running around an attic). He was very professional: showed up when he said he would, thoroughly explained each step of the service, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Most importantly, he got rid of the squirrels humanely (took actions that got the squirrels to leave the attic; there is no trapping and killing squirrels). I would definitely use A-Team Trappers again if I have a need.

We had a great person, Rick Fields. He is very conscientious and loves animals so I knew he would trap them and let them go. I can be rather picky and difficult and Rick was great keeping my husband and I informed. He would come often, check the trap, and do whatever necessary to ensure animals were taken care of. He filled in the hole for us to keep other animals from digging

Keenai was so great to work with. He was polite, professional, kind and patient with the home owner who has dementia. He sealed the foundation and set traps. He came when he said he would and stayed until the last rodent was captured. I would highly recommend.

Arnold, A-Team, was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and quick. No wasted time. All entries were sealed, traps were placed in the attic. Problem ceased quickly. Arnold came back and checked three times with positive results. We will certainly use A-Team for any future problems.
