My problem , and the solving of it, is ongoing. However, I give them an A+ for all the work they have been doing. Hopefully within the next couple of weeks everything will be resolved. The technician has been very helpful and has explained in full all that is being done, and why.

Have kept with us until the problem is solved. Nasty woodpeckers who are not easily deterred!

Josh brought the trap on Monday afternoon and by Friday he caught 3 raccoons and 1 possum for one low price of $349. My only suggestion is that he needs a few more traps. It would be more efficient if he left a second baited trap at the time he left our house with a critter. He had to let each critter go and then drive back to our house to rebait the same trap. We live in Temple Terrace north of Fowler. We were very pleased with this service.

The technician that serviced my home was courteous and efficient. On the first visit he inspected and sealed off any potential entry points to my attic/crawl space. Over the next 7 days and 3 visits, he came & checked the traps and bait. Although he found nothing, the service was prompt and efficient.

The team demonstrates deep expertise in the tricky area of outdoor rodent removal, deploying traps and poison after a thorough analysis of the situation. So far, they have rechecked for results frequently as promised.

Very prompt service. Arnol immediately closed off entry points and set traps. Came back every few days to check traps. One trap was set off but there were no dead rats. After the third trip, he removed the traps and sprayed the attic to get rid of pheremones. Very nice guy. My only concern is whether the problem was fully resolved, since no rats were ever caught and yet one trap was set off. There is a warranty, so if they are still there, he'll be back. It is a little expensive ($1000) as he spent 20 minutes checking for signs, about 45 minutes blocking entry points, and about 10-15 minutes for three visits, and 20 minutes or so spraying the place. There's also travel time to factor in, but it still seems a bit high, although I understand this is pretty standard.
