Alex did a fantastic job refinishing our engineered hardwoods. We had a short window in which the job could be done and he finished on time. He’s friendly, courteous, and reliable. He took the time to explain the process and there were no surprises along the way. Lastly his price was fair and he even touched up the baseboards when he was done! I highly recommend him.

They were timely, personal and did a great job. Told me exactly what they would do and followed through. Even worked on the weekend. Loved the results!

the flooring problem that was needed to be repaired (after two attempts) is still causing problems. all these guys did was to pull up the floor and put back, not to good i must say. i won't recommend this company to anyone.

Over the years moisture had rotted the wood flooring beneath my radiators. Zirnesti Construction quickly made the repairs and I am thououghly satisfied.

Alex was communicative and wanted to know exactly what I wanted to be done with my floor. He presented several different suggestions to the same price. He also painted my new condo as we had not moved in yet. There were a couple of misses on tight spots such as where furnace is located. But it is negligent compared to over all work. I love our new floor!

The job was done professionally and with excellence. There were a couple of complications, and I was consulted before any changes were made. I'm referring him for my mother who will do the floors.
