Great. Fox came out and gave me a quote on the removal of the armadillos and fixing the hole close to my foundation. He collected 2 armadillos and fixed wall as promised. Easy and quick

I just want to sing the praises of Fox and his company. Two months ago, my association started replacing our roofs. Great news, however, in the process, rats gained access to my attic and one slithered into my house. At 3 am, (I am a night owl), I put in a request on Angie’s list for bids for an exterminator and got an immediate call from a man named Fox. He came with his wife in tow the next evening to assess the situation and make the deal. Little did I know that I was meeting a new member of my extended family. This company is a Christian company dedicated to the Lord and everything he said he was going to do, he did and then some. And he comes when you need him, day or night. I got several calls and texts a day or two after my request from other companies but I am so glad I hired this man for the job as he answered me immediately and came over the next day. Whatever you are looking for, whatever critter you need gone, this man is the man for you. He is honest and true and lives his faith and doesn’t just talk it. He put new screening in the attic vents so no other pests could enter and he sanitized the attic and every area the rats had gone and I can sleep in peace now knowing that I do not have to worry about anything concerning this matter anymore. I called the company because I had a hole in the side of the house. Everyone told me it was for sure an armadillo & this company was the only one that told me it could also be a opossum which what actually ended up being. The owner of the business is very easy to reach via text at any time of the day which is a big plus for me since I work long days and he is willing to work around your schedule. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and relatable. Overall they delivered what they promised to do & I am very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend them if you got an uninvited guest in your property.

I had a bat enter my home. In order for a safe release I knew I needed a professional. I came across Wild Wild Pest Florida, checked out the website and reviews, and I could tell right away this would be my best option. I called Fox on a Sunday thinking I'd have to leave a message but to my surprise, I was able to speak with him right away and within an hour he arrived! Luckily the bat was exposed and easy to retrieve. Fox was super calm, extremely kind and very educational, and he assured me the bat would be well taken care of prior to release. For what was a stressful event, it turned out to be an excellent experience because of Fox. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars for this review, thank you Fox for everything!!!

It was 12:30 AM when I called him. Mr. Fox came over immediately, caught the bat and removed it. No other pest removal service would come in the middle of the night. He then came back the next two days and closed all the areas where a bat or other creature could get in.

Mr. Fox came when he stated and did everything he told me would do. His warranty is as long as I am in the home. I called one time outside of his normal return schedule and he replied and came that same morning. Also he a very nice individual who was a pleasure to speak with.

Hiring Wild Wild Pest was the best move that I ever made concerning quick arrival and fair pricing to remove an animal. Fox called me once I posted that I needed help fast. He came out right away. He located where the bats were getting into my apartment and inspected the area, then he sealed the entry point. My name is vishi srinivasan and I am thoroughly impressed with the disaster which happened the whole day today. I was getting really relaxed to go to work and I started seeing an animal flying in the house at 5 am and said what the **** is going on. I started screaming and it was literally scary. I ended in making several goose chase calls for which nobody and unfortunately could not help me out including truly nolan pest control because that wasn't their specialty and fox saved my life and my day by charging me a reasonable price with the activities happening in Florida. He strongly and honestly told me to take urgent action immediately without any delay and I have to unfortunately agree with him so we can live home safely instead of living unsafely which is very important. Thanks fox you saved our life and entire family life instead of me raising a **** again with obnoxious activities going in Florida. His prices are reasonable as well. Good job Fox

Critters in the Crawlspace! Fox and team ably checked the entry points, cleaned up the crawlspace and sealed up the house. Lovely people, good communication, reasonable...they live up to their rating.

Demonstrated sense of urgency. Arrived within 8 hours of late night call. Quickly responded to texts. Quickly & accurately assessed situation, outlined effective treatment plan and worked plan as outlined, with assurance back up plan was in place as needed to fully resolve issue. Delivered as promised and honored his word. Treated customer with patience and respect with a calming and confident demeanor. Displayed clear understanding of issue, animal behavior, treatment plan and guaranteed work for the time customer lives at residence. Has breadth of experience and confidence he correctly assessed situation and was delivering a treatment plan in timely manner to fully resolve issue. While expensive, delivered excellent customer service and issue was promptly resolved.

Unfortunately I had a couple of critters in my attic. I reached out to several companies but it was something about this one. We made an appointment and he came out on time, found the problem, gave me a price and in no time Fox delivered!!! He is amazing at what he does, very professional and if I ever needed the service at a different location I would call Fox at Wild Wild Pest! He guarantees his work and did everything as promised. Great. Fox is the best at what he does. I had a squirrel family living in my attic and thought I could handle the problem myself since I was in the pest control industry for 10 years. I could not. I tried every method I thought was possible. Other companies failed. Then Fox came into my life. I was literally thinking of leaving the house because of the noise. He was at my home within an hour of calling him and giving me reassurance that he would take care of the problem. Not only did he remove the entire family but he sealed the house up so it would not happen again. This man is a real professional, with grace and integrity. He is extremely knowledgeable about animals and continuously checked up on me and my daughter. Every text I sent was answered within a timely fashion. There are truly no words to describe the positive experience we had with Fox to remove squirrels from my dad's home. From the moment he picked up the phone, albeit nearly midnight on a Monday night, to his punctual arrival Tuesday morning, I knew we had the right man for the job. He is soft spoken, polite, courteous, conscientious, respectful, extremely competent as his job, and true to his word. He trapped squirrels inside the house, attic, and those trying to get in. He is not only respectful of his clients, and all human beings, but of the animals he traps, as well. He explained the process from the get go, and was right on target. Once the animals were all wrangled, he had the outside entrances to the home sealed. He left traps in the attic as a precaution, and for our peace of mind, for about a week, then returned to take care of insulation removal in the kitchen that looked unsightly. Lastly, and going the extra mile as Fox does, he sanitized and deodorized the attic. Throughout the entire process, Fox checked in with me nearly daily, letting me know his plans and keeping us calm. He also educated us along the way. He is a genuine wildlife conservationist, with a heart of gold, and a knowledge base that is astounding when it comes to wildlife. He is absolutely the best, and most competent man for the job. I wish I could review him at 10 stars! Don't waste your time calling anyone else. He is worth every penny, and then some. Went well although it took a while to get the attic clear of multiple pests. Fox kept in constant contact.

Fox took his time to explain and educate me on the process. He was so kind and professional. We had evidence of critters on lanai and in attic. He was able to rid us of the problem and humanely released the squirrels away from my home. He sealed up any entry points on the lanai. I would definitely call him if I should have any unwanted visitors in the future. Thank you, Fox.

Hidden gem! Fox is an animal whisperer. He has many years of experience. He knows what he’s doing and he is very passionate about his job. Best prices around, pleasant to deal with and honest. We thought we had raccoons. Turns out we had 3 opossum! I love that he releases them verses killing. I would definitely rehire him. (These are my own opinions, not a paid promotion)
