We had used Adriano on three other occasions, for travertine and wood flooring throughout our house. We of course were very happy with the work he'd done before, and were very happy with how the bathroom turned out. It was horribly outdated, and is now completely transformed (see pictures).

The quality of the work was excellent. Everything was even and aligned correctly. It was definitely the best part of our remodel. Our only difficulty was in scheduling: the work was done in Florida and we live in another state. Also, Adriano is very busy.

Adriano was the third installer I spoke with but the only one to request an on-site visit to talk to me personally about the project before giving me a quote. I had already purchased the tile from Floor and Decor and just needed someone to install it. Adriano showed me how the tile was bowing and explained it was a common issue with large plank porcelain tile, especially the cheaper brands. He spent 30 minutes explaining the pros and cons, the workaround, and in the end concluded that he could install it for me but didn't think I would like the results using the tile I had purchased. At his recommendation, I returned that tile and spent a week and a half looking for replacement tile. I found a second option I thought would work and ran it by Adriano. He said that tile also was not very good quality and I would have similar issues. At this point I was getting frustrated at my inability to find good quality tile within my price range. Adriano asked if I had visited a place called Noble floors. I had not, and at his suggestion I went to the store to look at their tile selection. Adriano called the owner ahead of time as it was late in the day and I wouldn't make it before their closing. The owner stayed late to meet me and after browsing and selecting a few options he also suggested two more tiles that I hadn't considered. After taking the samples home I decided on one of the tiles that the owner had suggested. It was a beautiful 9 x 48 inch Spanish wood tile that looks like reclaimed wood. He even honored his sale price that had ended a few weeks ago for me. Adriano agreed that the tile I selected was good quality. He would be able to do a very nice tight grout line (1/16 inch) for me and that I would like the results. Adriano and his crew even delivered the tile themselves within a few days of me ordering it and started work that same day. They were quiet, efficient, and diligent. They had the old flooring removed and the new flooring installed within 5 days, and it looked stunning. So much so, that I ordered more tile and had Adriano do the remaining three rooms downstairs for me. It was something I had budgeted for next year, but seeing the new tile against the old flooring was such a stark contrast that I decided not to wait. I would strongly recommend Adriano and his team for any and all tile installation. I'm also going to be hiring him next year to upgrade my master bath and third bathroom upstairs.

Adriano and his crew did a wonderful job. He installed tile in my entrance area, kitchen, hall, bathroom and family room. When I contacted him, he responded quickly. He came out and measured the area and gave me an estimate. I had ordered tile from The Noble Floors. Adriano picked them up and delivered them to my home. His crew was excellent. They were very careful and meticulous in laying the the tiles. They covered my countertops, etc. in plastic so there was less clean up. They even came out on a Saturday morning to fix some tiles butting up to a sliding glass door which made it difficult to open. I am very pleased with the new floor a d the work they did.

I was pleased with the outcome. I like it that work was completed in one day. Adriano was helpful in entire process. He helped me to choose the right product and was always available on the phone when I had any questions. Will diffidently hire him again for other projects if price is right. Adriano did an excellent job. My wife and I are so happy with the work he did and we plan to use him again for our bathroom renovation. Our project had some curveballs and Adriano came through. My wife went into labor a few weeks early and Adriano and his team performed the work while we were in the hospital. I felt comfortable to give him access to our family home while no one was around and he did everything right. Can't say enough good things. Adriano will tell you if your ideas are going to present problems after installation and try to direct you to the right choices. Thanks again.

Adriano was efficient, professional, timely, knowledgeable and cost efficient. It was truly a pleasure working with him. He tried to save us money by carefully removing the baseboards for reuse, but we discovered I had two different moldings that could not be matched. We decided to just replace all the baseboards in the room and Adriano purchased the materials at a discount. He is a perfectionist! When the job was completed, I saw him laying on my new floor. He was inspecting it and looking for any smears that he might have left. What a pleasure to have a true craftsman who takes such pride in his work! We will definitely use Adriano again!!!! My husband and I have already talked to him about our last bathroom remodel!

We had a very good experience with Adriano and his crew on the first floor installation we hired them to complete, so we again employed them for a smaller dining room floor. The floor was very uneven so Adriano and his crew first worked to level the floor and then install the floor tile. They again did excellent work for us, and we were very pleased with the final product. My wife and I would highly recommend Adriano and his crew to anyone needing tile work.

Adriano promptly provided an estimate for the work to be completed and scheduled the work exactly when we wanted it completed. His crew work furiously to first level the family room floor and then to install the tiles. His tile work is excellent -- so good in fact that when we later installed some cabinets in the corner of the room, the floor was so level that we were able to use the floor as the level base for the cabinets. My wife and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering tile work.
