It went great, I love these guys! They came out the same day and had me up and running in no time at all. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They cleaned up like they were never even there, and the tech who came out was so friendly. He was very thorough and took the time to educate me about what happened and what was needed to fix it.

I worked with Jason, who was my electrician from quote to completion. Everything was performed to my expectations. The work was completed the day that he said it would be and arrived to the job site on time. He knew what needed to be performed right now and also advised of work that should be performed in the future, which is appreciative since I do not live in the same state as the property. I will definitely be using Small Jobs electric for any future electrical endeavors.

First of all, he called approx 20 mins. before arrival. Second, this must be the first time ever that someone actually made it to my home on the exact time of the appointment, I was in shock! Ron the service tech greeted me at the door while he was putting on shoe covers to walk in my home A+ for that alone. Ron then proceeded to follow me into the kitchen and I showed him the problem and he went right at it immediately and explained everything that needed to be done. During the process he laid out a tarp to catch the drywall dust and explained to me that he had to make a larger hole in the wall for the new outlet. After agreement, he continued till the service was complete and I have to say looking at the wall, I cannot almost tell where the original wire was coming out of the wall. He then cleaned after himself and swept the area leaving no trail that he was ever there, A+ once again. Ron then proceeded to do a safety check of my electrical panel and stated that it was a top of line panel and all checked out ok. I have to say that this is my first Angie's list company and review and I hope I can find more service companies in the future like this one. The funny thing is, I was so impressed with the whole service I forgot to use the $25.00 coupon.

Showed up on time and provided a quote for $213 which for a small job is very pricey. In addition when I mentioned the Angie's List coupon did not honor it. My experience - for smaller jobs find a handy man. This job should be MAX. $100 by a qualified electrician.

My husband and I purchased a foreclosure that had sat vacant for over a year. When we moved in there were so many issues with electrical outlets, and safety issues so we wanted the panel looked at as well. One company that I had called came out and told me my panel was burnt in one area and that in his words "I almost likely needed a whole new panel" for something like $3,000 and then tried to scare me telling me "you just never know with these things"....so I got a bad vibe from him and wanted a second opinion. I then found Small Jobs and called and I am so glad that I did! When Thomas came out he knew nothing about my previous company. He took his time and checked everything out and said there were no issues at all and everything was perfectly fine. So my gut feeling from the (last company) had been right, the other guy had lied. Thomas walked the property with me helping me to decide on landscaping lighting and ideas for lights and plants. He gave me a proposal for everything right then and there. A few weeks later I called Thomas back and he immediately came out and hung a chandelier for us over the dining room table. It was very large and he not only hung it up quickly but when we got down to hanging all the crystals there were millions with tiny little hooks and he took his time and hung each one for me being so careful not to drop or break any of them. It took us awhile and he painstakingly opened each one hooking them up for me. He cleaned up afterwards and tested it of course before he left. I would definitely call Thomas back to continue hanging lighting fixtures throughout our home and when we get ready to finally do the landscaping lights I defiantly will be calling him to do those as well. Thomas was respectful and professional and showed up on time and when he said he would. I highly recommend this company!

The serviceman showed up on time and explained the process to relocate the chandelier. work took about 2 hours.

They came on time and did a great job in removing old fixture and hanging new one which had to be centered. I have used them about 2 more times to hang can lights and they did a good job and came same or next day that I called which I really appreciated getting things done quickly.

Everything was great! My ceilings are very tall, over 20 feet and they had what they needed to get the job done right then on the spot. They even had the right sized ladder! Nathaniel was very professional as was his assistant and I was very pleased and happy with the price and with the work. I will use them again.

They had to completely redo the electrical service, repair my riser and weather head and my meter. It was a big job and they didn't finish until 11 pm. But they stayed until the work was completely done and they even co-ordinated with the power company so that my power was turned back on before they left. Again and again I'm impressed with this company. You really get what you pay for with them and they have great warranties. They were polite, professional and my saviors at the end of the day. They added lighting in my living room, kitchen and bedroom. It looks great and adds so much to the room. I really appreciated their suggestions about where to place the lights for the best lighting and effect. I've used them before and they always do a great job! I really like that they are a family company. Will def. use them again!

he arrived at 10:40 am gave us an estimate of 49.00 per electrical switch (5) to change out. quoted $99.00 to look into why our pool light would not work, and stated he was not getting in the water to check it out. then another $89.00 each (4) to take down and install security lights on the first floor level outside. WOW , I have had many electricians at my home and they charge per hour not per item. We needed the light switches changed so we asked him to move forward with that and forget all the rest. Seemed like nice enough guy, just way to over priced and he finished the switches within 35 minutes and then tried to reduce the price of the security lights to 49.00 each and pool light to 50.00. He also tried to get me to have a "free" look at my electrical pannel. No thanks. I don't do business this way you quote me a fair price to begin with not when I declined your inflated prices.

They were professional, prompt, and the worker was very professional. They do excellent work.

It was excellent. He showed me what to do in the future it the same thing happens again. He explained exactly what happened and why it happened. He was polite and professional. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.

The only complaint after all was said and done is that the company tried to charge me an extra $80 to have the rep. install light bulbs I bought and use my latter.

Purchased a Big deal for Small Jobs Electric. I had them come out and install GFCI outlets where needed. He knew what he was doing, very professional.

Electrician arrived promptly as scheduled. Listened to problem, diagnosed problem quickly and made repair.

The technician that came out to access our electrical issues was extremely friendly and professional. He not only repaired the issue that I had him come out for, but also provided some great recommendations for a job that was beyond his scope and tested the rest of our electrical to make sure there wasn?t anything faulty. He was very sincere with his diagnoses and was not trying to ?sell? us on anything that was not needed. I appreciated the honesty, timeliness of arrival and the fair price.

The provider was early and call ahead of time. LOVE that! They were professional and were very nice to the dogs. They did a great job and we would certainly use them again. We really liked that they were able to take a credit card on site. They had no problem accepting the Angie's List coupon.

The electrical services were performed wonderfully. They efficiently took care of all our electrical needs and were very professional and friendly. They were very accommodating, made great suggestions, and cleaned up all the worked areas. We highly recommend them and will use them again.

They were fantastic. Ron, the technician, was here exactly as promised, on time. He was very professional, efficient and quick. I was very happy with their work.

Outdoor swimming pool electrical hook-up was 25 years old and starting to rust out exposing transformers and wiring. I contacted the firm and they sent a technician the next day! He was young, but very professional and knowledgeable. He surveyed the hook-up and offered several alternatives along with pricing. I chose one of the more expensive alternatives, but the best for me, since I will shortly switch to a salt chlorination system. He ordered the parts on his smart phone in the morning, picked up the parts around Noon, and finished the job by 6 PM. A thoroughly professional experience. I highly recommend the firm and Jaz, the technician.

Ron, the technician, showed up as scheduled. He was professional and very good at his job. He didn't even laugh when he saw the mess of wires for the fan and light. They were yet another present left over from the previous homeowner. Ron had the fan and light combo up and working in no time flat. He then checked out a wall socket that was shooting sparks a couple of days before. He made sure everything was safe and replaced the hardware. With my Angie's list discount, the price was very reasonable. I have Ron's company card on fridge and will be calling next time I need electrical help.
