They came to the house completed the work in a day and a half. Cleaned the fence and left.

Redman Fence built a fence for me. 4 1/2 years ago. I was having trouble with my gate. They came out, rebuilt the gate and fixed a number of weathered boards as well. This was all covered under my 5 year warranty!

Redman Fence came to my house very prepared and discussed all options with me. Had example pictures and videos of everything we discussed and was very professional. Went and looked at samples later. Two employs showed up and replaced the fence over a period of two days. They were very polite and helpful with any questions I had. Did an excellent job and the fence looks very good.

My backyard had a downward slope to a wooded preserve, so one of Terry's installers came out to measure and become familiar with work details. We had to present a fence proposal to my HOA for approval and when it was approved, the real progress began. Within a short period of time, the fencing materials were available for pickup and installation began. The workers took their time placing the posts and cutting the individual panels to the the exact height requirement. This is custom work. It took three days to install. The workers kept their work area clean at day's end. A very nice work crew. The fence is absolutley stunning. It is a enhancement to our property and my immediate neighbors offered compliments on the quality of the job. I could not be happier. .Tim and Chris could not have picked a more brutal week of weather to start and complete the project on time. The weather was 95 degrees with 90% humidity, just kept feeding them Gatorade and they kept going with a smile. They were very professional, always cleaned up before they left, took away all the old fencing, and their work was indeed professional. Kept us completely informed what to expect everyday and followed thru despite the weather conditions. I highly recommend Redman fence, they were upfront as one can be about cost, materials, and the final product. There were no add ons, once the contract was signed.

Redman Fence is incredibly professional and produce very high quality work. Terry came to my house and gave me the quote for the fence project of roughly 175 feet of board on board fence with one gate. I also had quotes from Lowes and Home Depot, but Redman fence provided a presentation demonstrating exactly what my fence would look like and his every step of the process was higher quality from start to finish. It certainly showed in the final product! Before the quote I was anticipating them to be a little bit higher in price than lowes and Home Depot. However, they ended being equal to Home Depot and actually less expensive than Lowes. Great company and great customer service! Highly recommended!

Can't say enough about the professionalism and workmanship of the install team of Tim, Dave and Chris. They went above and beyond our expectations. They paid attention to detail including care around existing landscaping and clean up once the job was finished.

This is by far the best company I have ever hired before. Terry and his staff did everything they said they would do and the product is wonderful. I called Terry for an estimate and he came on a Saturday which was a big help for me so I didn't have to take time from work. He examined the existing fence and yard and then sat down with me and explained my options. He answered all of my questions and I had my estimate that day. Once I decided to hire Redman, they handled everything. They put together the proposal for my home owner's association and sent it in. They knew I was approved before I knew. That's how good Terry stays on top of things. The job started on Thursday and was finished on Saturday without a hitch. They even kept the yard enclosed like Terry promised so at the end of each day I could let my dog out until the job was finished. They cleaned everything up and hauled away the old fence. William and his team worked hard from the minute they arrived everyday until it was time to go home. They were professional and courteous as well. My fence is beautiful and my neighbors are talking about getting one for their yard as well. From Terry, to Arlene in the office and William and his team everyone at Redman goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I didn't have to do anything but write the check. If every contractor ran their business like Terry does, life would be so much easier! I recommend Redman Fence and would definitely use them again! This is a follow up review. Redman installed a fence and a steel gate for me over a year ago. The lock and handle on the gate were broken. I called wondering if they could help me. It made my head spin how fast they resolved the problem! They sent someone out (on a Sunday!) to replace the lock and fix the handle! He even did touch up paint on part of the gate! And they didn't charge me anything! Talk about customer service! Look no further. You've found your fence guy for life.

Very professional company, everyone from the person who gives you a quote to the guys that install the fence are very nice they make you feel comfortable with whatever decision you make (no strong arming) and they will help make those decisions as affordable as possible and don't sell you anything you don't need. The work they did was great it was done quickly that is ripped down a old fence and then replaced it with a new fence which is very sturdy and literally makes your backyard feel brand new. Would and have recommended them to both friends and family and will definitely will use them again in the future.

The estimate, quote and negotiation process were very professional - I have decided to work with Redman and I'll report back once the job is completed, but I expect nothing but the best as has been the case so far. UPDATE: Work started before the scheduled date and finished in the two days they promised. Foreman Tim and his team were some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were extremely professional, made recommendations of things I hadn't considered and blew me away with the quality. If I could rate them A++ I would have. Unfortunately I only have one yard to fence because I would definitely use them again - and have already recommended them to friends.

Redman Fence is professional from the first contact. After calling their office, someone returned my call immediately and said Mr. Redman would contact me to set up an appointment. He came out, evaluated the job, sat down with us and put together a plan right there in our house. We were extremely impressed with his presentation, the quality of work in his portfolio, and the actual materials that they use. He then sent out William to do some measurements and ordered our fencing material. They updated us along the way so we knew what was happening at each step. Once the materials were in, William came back out and installed our fence in 2 days. From start to finish, the process took about 1 month. It looks amazing! The guys were all very nice and did a great job. We had 2 other companies give us estimates. Both were actually a little cheaper then Redman's, but you definitely get what you pay for. I could tell immediately that we would not regret this decision, and I was right. We will definitely be recommending Redman Fence to our friends and will use them in the future.

Terry, Tim, and the entire crew did an amazing job!! Everything from Terry explaining why his estimate wasn't the cheapest to the beautiful finished product was wonderful. The price is higher but the quality is much, much higher and will hold up longer. The "sales pitch" was very low pressure and it was clear that he understood my main need was to contain my dogs. We discussed various options, their habits, and solutions. Tim was very nice when he came for the pre construction meeting. He asked very specific questions about placement and made sure I was ok with how he planned to secure it to the house. I really like the thicker boards, the way it is assembled, and the sturdiness of the fence line and gate. They completed the job very quickly!! Terry and Tim also understand the value of Customer Service and that the customer's time is valuable. They were both very prompt with our appointments and worked around my work schedule to meet me early morning and/or on the weekend. Several places I contacted weren't nearly as willing to be flexible. I truly love my new fence and will never use any other fence company again!!

They were awesome. Terry came out to the house and it was not a week later and they were here. These boys did a wonderful job I do not think I have seen anyone else's fence come out quite so nice. I would highly recommend them. So if anyone is in need of a new fence be sure to call them. They are quick and courteous. Thanks guys you did a great job.

We could not have worked with better people or company. They had the whole fence down and the new one up in 2 1/2 days and did a fantastic job. The crew showed up early each morning and worked hard all day until 5:30 or later to finish the sections they were on. If I had done this job myself it would have taken a month and the result would not have been nearly as great. Tim was great to work with and carefully showed us exactly what we were going to get for our money ahead of time, giving us a tour of their shop and storage sheds for the materials. The guys who did the work were a friendly bunch of men who went out of their way to ensure our happiness with the work. We bid this job to 3 other fence companies, including the one who installed our first fence for the builder of our home. For 2 of them the people who showed up did not seem to know what they were doing, used inferior grade of product, and were just a little under what Terry quoted for the same job. (the front and 2 sides). $3500 each versus Terry's $5500. You can say "Wow, $2000 is a little under?" Yes, when you look at the final product, it is a small amount. we are talking 5/8"(1/2"finished) vs 1" (3/4" finished) slats, posts driven into ground vs posts in concrete (gravel below for drainage), Galvanized nails vs stainless steel. I had my first fence built the $3500 way. I wanted this one to last until I did not need it any more. That is the way I build things and I wanted the same from anyone I hired. We have all seen the fences that turn gray 1 year after they are built. Mine is still nice and green and looks like brand new after 16 months. The gates don't sag, (in fact Terry designs in gate "resting blocks" for the gates to rest on when open and closed). After sale service couldn't be better. When notified of a problem, they have come out within a week to fix it, and look for other potential problems when here, fixing those they find. This is a company that stands behind their work and their product and I am proud to recommend them to anyone who needs a fence built. If you are going to be in your house for just a little while they have a lower line of fencing for you where the materials may not be as top of the line, but the workmanship will be. I expect that barring accident I will be in my home for another 35 years, and the fence they built me will still be going strong.

I was very impressed with this company. The fence was built to my expectations and looks great. The quality of the fence, wood, and craftsmanship is phenomenal. His employees were very professional and punctual. His prices are high but you get what you pay for. I'm glad I spent the extra money to hire this company. It was well worth it. I would definitely use them again.

LOVE MY NEW FENCE!! Everything went smoothly starting with the initial contact with the owner (Terry) to schedule an estimate, he indicated that he would have his office call me back to schedule the estimate. His office (Arlene) called to set up the appointment in a very timely fashion. The meeting with Terry was awesome. He very thoroughly explained their products and my options, provided information on questions to ask and what to look for from any fencing contractor I might be considering. Once I selected Redman Fence to do the job, they immediately started all the paperwork (they even did the paperwork for the HOA). The installation crew headed up by Bob was excellent, professional and friendly. Bob kept me informed of their progress, sought my input when there were various options available of how to proceed to ensure that what they did was what I wanted done. Terry (the owner) even called at the halfway point of the installation just to check in to make sure I was happy with how the installation was going; that everything was to my liking. The customer service and work of this company is outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone for their fencing needs. My neighbors have even commented on how nice the new fence looks.

The provider was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable when providing the quote. The level of understanding for the product was expert! I full schpiel was presented, highlighting the type of material, the craftsmanship, and installation in video and picture form. True to form, the fence was professionally installed and looks absolutely marvelous. Terry, the owner, engendered a confidence in his product and service due to his knowledge and professional presentation. He was reachable at my whim (the customer) for a variety of pertinent and silly questions. The payment plan was a bit convoluted to due the fact that our neighbor's fencing project was lumped in with ours, but Terry did a great job of delineating and defining costs. The costs at the end of the day were comparable to all local competitors, costing about 150 dollars more than the next highest; however, the quality of the fence distinguishes itself against other providers. I highly recommend this vendor! If you want the best product for the price, a guarantee of service, and a quality product, use Redman Fence! ~NM

Terry Redman worked to get my business. I had called several providers off Angie's list, and he was scheduled a week or two out for a quote. I wasn't sure about scheduling a quote out so far in advance. He called me back a day or two later to make sure I scheduled a quote. Normally, you don't get a call back from a contractor to make sure they quote you. Out of the three quotes, he was the only one who came in, gave a presentation, showed us what materials he used and compared them to other company's materials used (I verified this with other quotes about types of materials), and impressed us with his professionalism and commitment to doing a quality job. Others didn't even come in the door. They literally stood outside the front door and gave us a quote before moving on, even though we were asking questions. Redman's quote was 3,000 more than the other leading company, but since his quality was higher, and his crew also did special things to make the front of the fence look spectacular (the guys put special top piece of wood on the fence in the front of the house that finishes it and makes it look extra special!), we chose them. We had to wait a while to gather the additional funds, but when I called they remembered us and scheduled us out. Due to constraints with our HOA, we had to push back our original start date to a month later than we had hoped, but when they came out, the crew was VERY professional. They got to work right away. They were nice guys who seemed to 1) know what they were doing and 2) didn't waste time doing it. When an issue came up, they spoke to us right away (a drain line ended up being in the way, but they gave us options and helped us make a decision). In the end, they got done more quickly than I expected for doing an entire fence, and it looks wonderful! We are already getting compliments on the fence, and the crew (without us asking) immediately replaced a cracked piece of wood, and said that if we noticed any others splitting or cracking to let them know, and they'd take care of it. Come to find out, one of the crew was an experienced carpenter and had worked with wood for years and he obviously enjoyed his job. And did I mention they did our whole fence the week of Christmas? They finished it on Christmas eve morning, which I was worried they'd miss their time with families, but they seemed fine with everything and made sure they cleaned up before leaving. One of the best experiences with a contractor I've had!

Everything from the initial consultation, which Mr. Redman did himself, to the installation done by William was perfect and went very smoothly! Mr. Redman arrived on time, gave a very knowledgeable presentation, and the final product was beautiful! We were so pleased with our new aluminum, double gate! It is beautiful! It adds such a classy look to the front of our home! And now I don't have to worry about my dogs getting out when I answer the front door. Thanks to Redman Fence for a very satisfactory and pleasurable experience and beautiful and well made product. I would definitely hire Redman Fence again!

Terry's in home presentation was top notch! He is extremely knowledgable about the products that he offers and has great suggestions. He showed up with actual samples on his truck of the aluminum fencing that we were interested in. He sat down with us and explained our options and showed us how every dollar that we were spending would be utilized. Everything about this experience was well organized and very professional. It took about three weeks for our job to come up, but it was well worth the wait. Randy and William did a beautiful job with the installation. They had to dig out some nasty tree roots to get the posts buried three feet into the ground, but were diligent and did not sacrifice quality. They have a great attitude and are wonderful ambassadors for the company. We highly recommend Redman Fence to anyone who is considering fencing their property. We would use them again in a heartbeat!

During the appraisal, Mr. Redman completely explained his product, procedures and prices...no unanswered questions. I felt the quality of his product was higher than that of other companies I considered and he had comparable pricing. The three individuals who installed the fence were pleasant, efficient, and obviously experienced. Old fences - and quite a bit of vegetation - were completely removed at the end of each day. I am completely satisfied with the results - the new fence looks great!

Our fence was replace 6/30/14. Redman Fence installed our original fence by William and his crew in 1992. When time to replace the fence we called Redman's.( We had 1 acre of fence to replace, and a pole barn in need of repair.) Terry came over that Sunday gave us the cost of the replacement fence and repair of the pole barn. Tim, Chris, Dave replaced our fence. Repaired our pole barn. We are so happy with the fence, and pole barn. The work Redman Fence does is remarkable. They truly are A++++ All was done with in the week. Very smooth all the way. From the initial contact with the office to the owner coming out to measure and quote the job to the installation. The installation crew showed up within two minutes of the time they said, despite some nasty weather the previous day. It was obvious they worked together a lot, as they all got busy doing their part of the job. Great workmanship and top quality materials. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Tim, Dave and Chris compose a fantastic team of highly professional technicians. Their work is beyond comparison; they pay close attention to every detail. I was told my fence would take three to five days to complete, they did it in four. They are just very fine people, they are proud o their work and it shows. I could not have asked for anything more than I received from the Redman Fence work crew.
