Terry Redman came by promptly as scheduled and gave us an estimate. He was very professional and cordial. We were impressed with his presentation. He took the time to show us his licenses, insurances and show us examples of their work. Their pricing was very competitive, but the care shown for protecting both our property and his workers was impressive and influenced our decision. We received estimates from three other providers and went with Redman. William and Randy, the installers, came by exactly as scheduled and performed the installation. They were friendly and professional. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of workmanship. It was obvious that William and Randy were true craftsmen with many years of experience installing fencing and gates. We are VERY pleased with our new gates and fence sections. It is a pleasure to enjoy the benefits of the beauty and craftsmanship of of a job well done. The invoice was exactly as expected and the new gates are not only pleasing to look at, but are built sturdy and should last for many years.

The owner, Terry Redman, gave a very professional and complete presentation about his company and products. He gave us some options in fencing and a reference from our own neighborhood. I called his reference and she gave glowing reviews about her experience, which only confirmed my thoughts about Redman Fence. They showed up to install the fence when they said they would. They completed the entire job before they planned to accomodate our schedule. They left the fence and our yard clean and ready to be used. The fence looks great--very sturdy, level, and the gates swing smoothly. We are very happy with the entire experience and would use them again. We highly recommend Terry and his team.

I was impressed with Redman Fence's website, especially their claim to use specially treated wood. When the owner came to the house to give me a quote, I gave him the contract without getting a second or third quote. Although he could be ready to start right away, I wanted to wait till the shed I was building was complete so the workers didn't have to be impeded by a fence. However, he convinced me to let him start building the two fence sides on the opposite side of the yard just to keep his men working. Robert went over the details again with me when he showed up as scheduled to start building the fence. Everything went well and faster than I expected with only two men on the job. There were never any problems, and they always cleaned up after themselves. Now I feel very secure with a sturdy 6' fence in my back yard with gates that I can keep bolted.

The first impression was a great one and a lasting one. Terry Redman showed up with ipad in had and walked me through an impressive education on fencing options and associated costs. He reviewed each option, made sure I understood the financial costs of the options if I chose them as well as the cost to the life of the fence. He followed up with me over the phone during the process, and continued to work with me on minor modifications until I had the fence that I wanted. I could not be happier with the fence and would definitely use this company again!! Great Job Terry!

Work was delivered as promised. Very happy with results.

The company was great. The friendly owner came out and offered a professional presentation but was not overbearing. The quality of the work is nice and far better than the fence that it replaced (even when the old fence was new I am sure). The fence is sturdy and provides a great deal of security. The only minor issue was that it took three days to complete the project when at most it should have been two (one gentleman installing the fence with an occasional helper). In all fairness, it rained each day in the afternoon, but my wife was nervous having the back yard exposed (no gate) to opportunistic criminals who might be passing by. That aside, Redman offered the best deal from those I received quotes from. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Redman to my friends for any fencing work, and I am sure I will seek their services in the future.

They were on time and 3 years later we are very happy with the fence. I would use them again when we decide to replace the fence that runs down the south side of our property. When the door had trouble closing, I had to provide "proof of purchase", but once I submitted that information to them, they sent someone out immediately to fix the door so that it closed properly again.

Terry Redman came out to do the proposal and was great at explaining our options, making recommendations and making me feel as though I really understood what we were ordering and getting. I felt as though he really liked what he did and stood behind his work. They were patient while we waited for our HOA approval and started almost immediately once we got that. They did charge us extra for digging since we had a lot of clay and a little warning that that was possible would have been nice. One of their guys moved our sprinkler pipes for the cost of parts... The fence is nice and they displayed a great deal of workmanship getting it straight, level etc. They did have to come out to reinforce a couple of posts, but did it quickly with no argument. I have a lot of confidence in our fence and that Redman will stand by it. 6 or 7 other houses just on our street have since had fences built by Redman ... just for the record, we were the first :)

Awesome company. The quality of their work is exceptional. Their's was not the cheapest bid, but they used higher quality products, like 2" x 4" cross pieces instead of 1" x 3". They also offered 1" x 6" pickets instead of 1/2" x 4" pickets. They used a router on all the wood on the inside of the fence which makes it smooth, no splinters. I was very concerned about getting a fence that would be strong enough to stand up to my 70' Rottweiler jumping against the fence when she heard cats outside the fence. I also wanted to make sure my dog couldn't see the cats outside the fence. Terry Redman, the owner, made a couple of suggestions, then had his guys build a section for me to look at and decide which style I wanted. The installers, Billy, Devin and Johnny could not have been nicer. The fence is exactly what I wanted; attractive, strong and able to protect my dogs and property. Another company gave me a bid and told me I would be responsible for cutting down and removing some small trees and bamboo that was close to the property line. Redman took care of everything and even removed an existing fence around my AC that was getting old. I never thought I would get excited about a fence, but I am just so pleased with this fence, that I go out in my yard and just look at it.

Redman did a great job installing the fence section. I have had unsolicited compliments from neighbors and another contractor working on my house. Redman broke a sprinkler pipe during the installation, and immediately fixed it without having to be asked. (I had not told them the sprinkler pipe was near the fence line.) They were very responsive to phone calls, arrived early to install the fence, and completed the work on schedule. I would definitely hire them again.

Good. They kept me abreast of any changes. Cleaned up after themselves. Polite and knowledgeable.

We got the estimate and a worker was on property within two days. The worker was very efficient. All work was completed within schedule and on time.

The workmanship on the gates was not great.

Fantastic! While other companies promised the job time would be a day, Terry asked for three. He stated his work is all done on site (no pre-fashioned panels). He explained that the design we liked was no longer being made by his company, but explained why (and it made sense). His prices were right in line with other estimates we got and he was willing to work around our schedule. Our only complaint, and it is not against Redman really, is that work had to be halted when one of our neighbors complained about the placement and height (even though we ARE within the deed and the country restrictions. Our yard looks SO much better with a new fence (the old one crumbled as they took it away) and our dog is much happier in her larger yard.

The man who did the cleaning and staining of our existing deck, gazebo, and wooden walkway did an excellent job. He spent a lot of time using a screwdriver to clean out the debris between the slats on all these surfaces, brushed away insect debris hanging in the eaves and inside the gazebo. He did not work fast, but was thorough. The crew leader who built the deck/porch also did an excellent job. He used four by fours for support, which was more than needed, but much appreciated. He was a skillful carpenter, fitting the slats neatly beneath the workshop door. The fence, which all three men participated in building, is solid and handsome, built to last. One thing I especially like was that these men worked steadily, pacing themselves, so they did not need to take many breaks. All this work was done in less than three days and is a beautiful improvement to our yard.

Terry met me for an estimate in the time that I needed because I was going out of town. He was very professional in his presentation. He explained everything in detail and made recommendations based on my needs. He also gave me a brochure about the wood material. William came out to do the job. He is one of the nicest men you'd ever meet. He went over everything with me. And anything I asked was never a problem or a bother. It was rainy and cold when they started and they worked in the rain. They had to close up my fence each night that they left because my dog stays in the yard. And, because of that, that took them a little more time. But, they were willing to do that no problem. The quality of the fence is outstanding. I did have to call back for a slight adjustment and William came back out the same day I called. The quality of the work and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend Redman Wood Productions and would hire again.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID GREAT QUALITY WORK. A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MOST, BUT WORTH IT.
