 + -1 moreMy 2004 F150 truck's paint on the hood was badly peeling and the roof was rusting. Pro Auto Care was professional, prompt, and courteous. My truck looks amazing! The entire experience was excellent. I would definitely use them again for any type of auto body work.

 + -1 moreWent out to start car and it wouldn't start; suspected dead battery. Got a jump start, then headed to Pro Auto. Called them ahead of time to notify them of situation. When I arrived, they immediately took the car into the service bay and began to test the system. Verified that it was the battery, and not the alternator or another electrical problem. Replaced the battery while I waited. Since I had purchased a 65-month battery from them previously, they pro-rated the new battery for the 39 months I had gotten out of the old one. This saved me approximately $78. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism provided to me. I have been a customer of Pro Auto Care for at least 11 years now. As a family-owned business, the staff is friendly, helpful, and ready to assist however they can. Both my wife and I have had our cars serviced by them over the years, as well as my father-in-law. It's hard to find a trustworthy auto mechanic business these days. Yet, we have found Pro Auto Care to be exactly that for us. (And we were referred to Pro Auto Care by our prior mechanic before he retired.)
Description of Work: Check electrical system; test output of alternator & regulator, load test battery for state of charge, check amperage draw of starter; replace battery.

I called them for a quote the last time I needed a repair and they were over $200 more expensive than another garage. | |I'm not looking for the cheapest service, just competent work at a competitive price.
