I priced three companies for our project—Helicon was the middle cost option. I didn’t go with the cheapest because their presentation made me question if they really knew what needed to be done. Helicon gave me several options to address my concerns which I appreciated plus there was absolutely no pressure to make a decision. The folks who showed up to do the work were professional, friendly, and explained everything they were going to do. Afterwards, they explained everything they did plus offered to grind down some potential tripping hazards on my concrete patio at no extra charge, which I accepted. They also explained why they couldn’t do one of the items on the to-do list which I supported. Finally, they cleaned up afterwards and left my place cleaner than it was before they started. I was very impressed—they have my strongest recommendation!

Manny Cheatham from Helicon was very knowledgeable and answered all questions and beyond. Work was performed well with certain stabilization of the foundation. Will recommend to anyone with foundation issues.

The project engineer was very helpful explaining how the Helicon procedure could "fill in the gaps" caused by erosion behind our dock and seawall and hopefully prevent totally having to replace the seawall for years to come.

The only reason I gave them a four star instead of five star review was that there was a problem and I am waiting to see how the company resolves it. I was very pleased with Jan, Alex and Kell as they were professional yet friendly and approachable. My dealings with Ron, the operations manager, have been very cordial and helpful. So far, the company has lived up to their reviews. I will finish my review after the repairs are completed, and I am confident that Helicon will handle this problem professionally and in a timely manner since we are in the midst of hurricane season and we have no backup in case we lose power.
