Everything went smoothly and Carlos and his team really did a great job. I will be installing a wifi thermostat upstairs soon and I will be calling them back to install.

They came out- we were talking (I live in an old, historic home), all of the duct work is under the home. Critters have been under the home on all of the duct work- in the duct work- SP quoted me 2K f/work- SP told me he could not offer any discounts f/AL members b/c of the material he was using- it was expensive. I accepted that and he called in the morning asking if they could go ahead and do the work now, had a cancellation- they were working under house... went to check on what they were using as duct work (the "expensive materials") and to my surprise, the material they were using was CHEAP- wrapped in plastic trash bag looking material... I poked through the material with my finger... told workers- stop work immediately- I am going to contact boss. After speaking with the owner, I told him to get his workers & material off the property.

The owner knew that I needed the unit installed as soon as possible. He was able to meet me on Wednesday for the quote and install the unit on Thursday. Everything worked out well and I am very pleased with the service provided. The crew that installed the unit cleaned up after themselves and left everything as it was before they arrived. I would and will recommend Heaven's Breeze to my friends and family.

I received 5 different estimates for this job at my house. Heaven's Breeze was not only the most competitive price, but also the most professional and without all the unneeded sales hype and gimmicks to justify a higher price. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. There was a short lead time to start the job. A crew of 7 arrived on-time and replaced all 3 AC units in the same day! The workers were professional and courteous. In summary, no surprises- it could not have gone any smoother!

This is a great business. Oscar and his two employees did an outstanding job; they arrived on time and were extremely professional. They did an outstanding job of removing and installing our equiptment and tested everything at conclusion. They left our home spotless. Got two other quotes from established Air conditioning companies in the area and nobody came close to their price for same exact equiptment. Inspector was out today and everything passed with no problems. Cannot say enough good things about Oscar and his team at Heaven's Breeze Air Conditioning. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

The entire process, from decision making to install, was extremely professional and courteous. Oscar (the owner's) team came out to look at my old system, take photos and provide Oscar the information he needed to quote me prices for various options. (Oscar was available to do the review himself, but as his team was in my area the afternoon I was available, this helped speed up the process.) I had many questions, which Oscar answered, to help me decide on the best unit for my needs. He then sent me a proposal and the install was scheduled for just a couple of days out. Oscar's team arrived right on time on the day of the install (Oscar arrived shortly thereafter) and did an excellent job removing the old unit, making accommodations for the larger unit and installing it and cleaning up after the job. Oscar did a thorough review of my ductwork and patched a few holes to help things run efficiently until I replace the ductwork, which I will be contacting them to do. I highly recommend Heaven's Breeze. They are honest, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

This company is amazing! They are extremely professional, extremely polite. Oscar initially came out to bid the job. His was our third bid. Immediately, we knew Heavens Breeze would get the job. He was very knowledgeable and his price was VERY fair. On the day he was to start, his team arrived on time, worked tirelessly and was extremely conscientious about keeping all area clean. I will definitely recommend him to everyone asking. Heavens Breeze is a breath of fresh air (pun intended!)

Our AC wasn't blowing cold so I had two different companies come out and look at on a Saturday morning. Both said that the entire unit had to be replaced, provided quotes and said they could do the job on Monday. Then I called Heaven's Breeze Air and Oscar said he would be able to do for about a $1,000 less than the other companies quoted and that was with it even being a better brand name unit. His team was able to complete the job on that Saturday afternoon. Oscar and his team are top- notch!

A+. Oscar and his team did phenomenal work. Main installation took one day but Oscar and his team came back several days later to ensure the new system was running at peak performance. We decided to replace our 15 year old AC unit before the summer. I shopped around and spoke with several well-known companies in the Tampa Bay area and eventually decided to go with HB due to responsiveness, competitive pricing, not pushing a particular brand and willingness to come out and look at the job to make sure that the estimate he provided over the phone is realistic and there are no last minute surprises for either of us. HB team who installed the unit were very pleasant while they worked the entire day at my house. They never looked like they were in a rush to get it done and took their time during the installation. Everything went as planned. The next day I had to call them back for a minor adjustment and they showed up promptly and took care of the problem again with a smiling face. The owner of the HB, Oscar, is also a very pleasant person and is knowledgeable about the business. He promptly answered all my questions and made sure that everything was up to my satisfaction at every step of t\he way. I have no doubt I will be calling HB for all my AC needs and recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

Tried to communicate with them several times to replace AC/heat pump. They promised to call back twice, did not call. Hard to reach on phone. And it isn't like it is high season for AC work now. With such responsiveness it makes you wonder who will fix AC installed by them if something goes wrong in the middle of the summer.

I contacted Oscar and he responded very quickly. He came to my home the same day that I contacted him. I had received several other courtesy inspections and had been told by each installer that I needed to replace the unit. Oscar looked at it and agreed. He talked with me about what the installation would entail, how ling it would take and how much time he would need to get the new unit. We also discussed the price, which was significantly, lower than other estimates I had received by several thousand dollars. I contacted him two days later day to let him know that I wanted to have him complete the installation. He sent me the contract to review and sign. We agreed on an installation date that was convenient for both of us. The installation went very smoothly. He and his crew were very professional and personable. They removed the existing unit, replaced it with the unit I requested and thoroughly cleaned the area prior to leaving the worksite. They also installed a new thermostat. I have not had any issues with the unit to date. I would definitely recommend Oscar and his team.

Heaven's Breeze did a fantastic job. Everything went as promised & the installation was performed very meticulously. Oscar and his crew are very professional and friendly. We're very happy with our new AC and the price was unbeatable. During installation they had to run to Home Depot really quick to get some new cables and breakers which they provided and installed at no extra cost. Really very positive experience! We'll be using Heaven's Breeze again in the future. Can't recommend enough!

Oscar, the owner, came and supervised the installation with his crew of 4 men. He pulled the permit for the project and it was inspected by the county building department and passed. His work was professional and neat. I would hire his company again to do any further HVAC work on my house.

Due mostly to a language barrier there was a communications issue. The installer's office clerk spoke Spanish and a little English. She alleged the technician spoke better English. He did but not much better. Consequently, some of my questions were unanswered or poorly answered. I did not get a thorough explanation on setting the automatic functions. Fortunately, although limited, I speak some Spanish but am very weak communicating on the technical issues. The thermostat included a manual in English. I believe the two people I had contact with are good and capable souls but the language barrier affected this transaction. With improved English skills their service should improve. The thermostat works although the instrument may not be tuned to the best setting. Next month's electric bill will determine if the devise and my ability to fine tune it are what Iexpected. I don't recommend the device or installers unless their ability to communicate improves. I faith in Angie's List is doubtful now.

The job went very smoothly. The system was replaced completely. The staff was very professional and courteous. The A/C system was replaced in a little more than half a day. Oscar obtained the permit that was needed from the city and he explained what needed to be done to get the system to pass inspection which still needs to be done. Overall, the job was successful and the system works great!

Did not install the advertised product.

They did excellent work. I knew I had to replace the system. They installed the units and even rebuilt the system mounting to assure it worked well. After 1 month we had a minor glitch and they came out to fix it very quickly. We are trilled with their work. Oscar stands by his word.

I give them an A, but not 100-percent. They did a good job and did what they had to do. The service was okay; I just hope my air conditioner continues to perform okay. The payment did not go through. The order that I paid for through Angie's List did not go through with them and they had trouble finding the order. I kept calling them and they kept saying there was no order. Once I kept calling them I eventually got the service. I would tell a friend that they are okay. They could be better. I am sure there are much better ones, but they are okay.

Terrific!! The owner and his crew are very thorough and professional. You get top of the line service for an excellent price. They hustled to get us on the schedule so we would not be without AC. The value for the product and service cannot be beat, and I researched ALOT of companies. Will definitely hire this company again when it is time to replace the unit in our other property.
