The work was performed as agreed. All the employers I encountered were professional and polite. They also documented and corrected unrelated issues of which I was unaware for a nominal charge. I am exceedingly pleased with my new AC unit and would recommend this company in an instant.

Fabulous...everything went exactly as they said it would. I felt very comfortable with everyone I interacted with. The salesman, the installers and the office were all terrific to deal with. No one talked down to me or tried to pull the wool over my eyes. They changed out my very old air conditioning system and everything is running smoothly. Everyone that hears the price I paid is impressed and wants the name of the company that installed it. I have been waiting to get inspection to make sure everything was okay and no problems at all. Call them, you will not be sorry! I would give them an A++ if I could.

The appointment was scheduled for 3:00p but they did not arrive until around 5:00p. He inspected everything but only found 2 minor problems One he said I shouldn't even bother with and the other problem was likely a very tiny leak in freon. The technician, "Oscar" called me and explained everything over the phone very thoroughly to me and said he would take care of everything. He said he really didn't see anything wrong other than the freon and even it was minor. Other than being late, which was an inconvenience to my neighbors, I was very pleased.

Punctual and polite. However, upon inspection by buyers home inspector, the blower was deemed dirty and unit was not as clean as it should have been.

They were quick to respond & diagnose the problem. Offered to replace the compressor for $1200 (labor & Freon, part was still on warranty). Felt it would be good money spent on bad equipment, so I ended up opting for a whole new Heat Pump system. The techs who came out certainly knew their stuff, but did not speak English well , nor do I speak Spanish. Although I was quoted a fair price for replacement, the communication barrier caused me to keep looking.

Great job. I'm still amazed of how good the new unit looks. They took care of everything. No loose cables or pipes. Everything was left clean and really good organized.

This was a complicated AC installation project and I am so thankful that I found Heaven's Breeze to do the work. They were extremely knowledgable and very professional. The new construction areas did not plan ahead for the installation of an AC system. There was very little space in the floor trusses and a micro lam beam that blocked access from one room to another in the ceiling. We were painted into a corner, so to speak. It was obvious to me that the AC subcontractor my GC planned to use was way over his head on this job and his ideas for running AC ducting made no sense to me. I was desperate to find a company that would give me confidence that a solution could be found. Oscar, from Heaven's Breeze met with me and reviewed the situation thoughtfully. We discussed a few alternatives and agreed on the best way to go forward. Their price for the work was reasonable, in line with other bids, and it was all inclusive. There were no surprise "extras" to pay at the end of the job. Oscar coordinated his team's work with the other subcontractors working on the project and it all came together just as Oscar had envisioned. They solved the AC ducting problem by installing two smaller AC units and these units were thoughtfully located to be out of the way but accessible for maintenance. The AC team worked with our carpenter to plan a special chase for one duct passage and to build a closet for one of the air handlers. After two years on this remodeling project, I can tell you from personal experience that it is very important to have subcontractors that can work with and along side other subcontractors. Heaven's Breeze people were great. While doing this work on the remodel area, I realized there might be an opportunity to replace and upgrade the AC for the original portion of the house. We wanted to replace a rooftop AC unit with a split system: air handler inside and compressor outside. Retrofitting an existing AC installation can be more complicated than in new construction. Oscar and his team took a look at this and came up with a plan to pre-install the plumbing for the later AC upgrade at the same time that they were doing the work on the remodel. That way all the plumbing would be already in place and concealed in the walls and ceiling when it came time to do the upgrade to the original portion of the house. Heaven's Breeze just came out a week or so ago to do that AC upgrade in the original portion of the home. It went very smoothly because all of the plumbing and electrical connections had been pre-planned and pre-installed by them. AC installations can be complicated and there are a lot of important details that must be done right. Too many contractors don't look beyond the end of their screwdriver and don't think ahead or see the big picture. It was a pleasure to meet the people at Heaven's Breeze. They were very knowledgable, professional and courteous.

It was good enough. I had three people call me quick and we got that before New Year. It had a couple of issues, they didn't quite install it right, but they were quick to fix it. That's be a B minus. Pricing is very competitive. Quality is a C because they had had to come back to repair stuff. Fair responses. Given the chance, yes, I would use them again. They were very competitive on pricing, I like that. I would use them again. I don't know if I would recommend them to someone in the Facebook page.

They did an excellent job and I was extremely pleased with their work. The only thing I would encourage is that they register with TECO so that they can pass the rebate savings along to their customers, although, I believe I received an excellent price without such a rebate.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS A +......THE CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND GAVE ME A VERY GOOD PRICED ESTIMATE AND TWO DAYS LATER INSTALLED THE UNIT IN MY HOME. THEY WERE FAST, BUT EXACTING IN EVERY DETAIL. THEY NEW THEIR JOB AND DID IT WELL. AFTER THE JOB THEY DID A GOOD CLEAN-UP...THEY CAME AT 9:30 AM AND WERE FINISHED A 4:45, THE SAME DAY..I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE...

Carlos and his team did an excellent job. Carlos has been helping me keep this old unit running at least 2 years past its prime, and it finally conked out for good. He came out right away to give me a quote, and he and his team were there 2 days later to install a new unit. He pulled a permit as well, and followed everything to code. Because of this, they had to solve a difficult situation because the old unit was too close to the house under current code. They got creative and were able to move the unit to a place that is perfect. The county inspector was here today, and everything was perfect. Thank you Carlos, I will recommend your company to all of the neighbors!

The company (owner and staff) were a pleasure to do business with. Their pricing is hands down better than the competition. The installers showed up on time and were very professional and pleasant to deal with. They carefully installed the new units, cleaned up after their work and put things back in place. They do professional work and don't take any short cuts or try to sell you things you don't need. They make sure everything is done right and proper. The guys showed up on time did what they came to do they were true pros they took out my old units installed the new Trane units cleaned up. Moved furniture back. Great to deal I give them a A1 rating.

Everything went way better than I ever imagined. The tech was informative and friendly. The tech showed me the defective coils before he replaced them. The tech showed up on time when he said he would! I had to leave work and him being on time and efficient was awesome! I will never use anyone else and I recommend Heavens Breeze to everyone!!!!

What a great experience we had with Heavens Breeze. Carlos is a true professional and helped us pick out two AC units for our house. He had a crew of four come over on a Saturday and get both units installed and cleaned up by 3pm. We will recommend this company to al out friends. We couldn't be more satisfied.
