Havertys - Tampa

We paid top dollar and got low quality product and absolutely the worst service ever. Book cases looked great in the store but not so great when delivered - very low quality - drawers do not open/close, pieces do not not fit well. Service is non-existent, they left trash in my yard, trash in my home and had to return three times - VERY DIFFICULT COMPANY TO WORK WITH (you must call a service center in Atlanta with any problems - nobody in the store will help or cares). I am repairing several issues myself - I just got tied of fighting with their customer service! We are furnishing an entire home and ordered  items from 4 different companies, they are the worst by far (other three companies were good)- AVOID HAVERTYS!

It went very well.

They were very professional. The salesgirl was Mary and she was very good. She asked us what we wanted and listened to what we said. She didn't guide was here there and everywhere. The quality of their furniture at Havertys - Tampa is great.

The sales person at Havertys was very friendly and knowledgeable about the furniture in the showroom.

They have excellent service. They were on time. They were very prompt with delivery. They were helpful. They were able to answer questions about the items we were looking. They had great prices. The loan rate was very reasonable.

They were very cooperative with us. We ordered a sofa that they did not carry (they carried the brand but not the style) and the fitting ended up not being so good. They ordered another one for us that came out the same way (it was a manufacturer's defect). They then let us pick from another sofa so we could get one that we would like. They were just great.

When I went to Havertys for some new furniture pieces, Bill Lambert greeted me at the door with a big smile. He explained that he was new and that he may need some help from another sales person. He asked me specifically what I was looking for, and then he helped me find those items. He was never pushy, only happy to help me whenever he could. With his help I was able to find exactly what I was looking for in a sofa bed and also in dining room chairs. I decided to take the extended warranty. Since Bill didn't know exactly how to do the extended warranty, he asked for help from another associate, which she was happy to give. I'm considering purchasing a bedroom set I saw at Havertys soon, and I can assured you that I will ask for Bill when I do.
