Shortly after dropping off my car for servicing, I received a call from Bob, owner of Autoworks, telling me I had heater hoses that were getting ready to burst, and also had an oil leak. He gave me the estimated cost to repair the problems. I told him to do whatever was necessary to repair my car. Bob went over all the repairs made, and the 30 point inspection check list. He pointed out the 2 year warranty on the repairs made. I was given a ride home after dropping off my car and was picked up when my car was ready. I also received a complimentary car wash. My car looks and runs beautiful!  I have been a customer for many years and I trust Autoworks of Tampa with all my automotive needs. They are very friendly and go out of their way to make certain you receive the best professional care for your automotive needs.

We were having some rumbling in my wife's Kia Sorrento (2005) going from first gear into second gear. It was getting worse and the car started to make some more sounds and started to whine. My wife had heard some good things about these guys being honest, fair price, etc, so we decided to take the car in rather than mess with the dealership. We were very pleased. John and his brother were honest, and really explained what they were doing with pictures and even the parts themselves, always stopping what they were doing to walk over and explain things to us. Very focused on customer service. Very friendly. Their shop wasn't much to look at, tucked in just North of Hillsborough on Nebraska, but nothing in that area is. To be honest, I didn't miss the amenities of the dealership, since we never sat around wasting time waiting on anything. We physically went to the shop three different times due to the more complex nature of our problem and never, ever waited more than 2 minutes to get direct, personal service from either John or his brother.

We were really worried about the transmission and had been told by the Kia Dealer to have it replaced at their dealership (naturally). John wasn't interested in delivering us bad advice, he was only interested in fixing the problem as quickly and as inexpensively as possible, and was very honest about it. Great guys.
