Excellent . Timely and very professional

Aside from damaging one sprinkler pipe, the work was done very efficiently and looks great. Rebecca has walked me through the entire process with the permitting all the way through to installation. True professionals!

Rebecca and Alan are very professional and know the Plantation Fence codes inside and out. Rebecca, also, gave me a printed sheet with all the phone numbers to check their licensing, etc. Alan is very organized and did a great job installing the fence. Clean-up of the yard was great, also. I hired them again to put in a third length of fencing. Another good job. A couple of my neighbors even commented that Alan was very organized and did a great job installing the fencing.

I called, the operator took my information, didn't tell me anything about the services, and then tried to hang up by saying "We'll contact you during normal business hours." I asked him to wait, and explain that as it was 2:30PM in the afternoon when I called - he said "between 9-5". I asked why no one could talk to me now, and he said, "we'll call you". 2 days later, still no call.

From start to finish First Class Fence was what you would hope for when using a contractor for the first time. Price was fair, paper work was very organized, and the fence workmanship was excellent. They exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.

WONDERFUL!! Our fence is not only beautiful, thanks to Rebecca's suggestion, it has extended our backyard because they took the fence out to the sidewalk and up to the front of the house. Alan was here early each morning around 7:15 and completed the job in 2 days. He is a perfectionist and our fence is proof of that. I can't thank you enough

Called a few other vendors and found them not so professional. When I called First Class Fence, I loved that I dealt with a husband and wife. Rebecca was very hands on through the whole process. She kept me updated anytime a new event happened, such as plans, approvals, permits, etc.. Install was scheduled for 8am on a Monday and installer - owner - arrived at our gate exactly at 7:59am. It is a very professional company, they have a high standard of quality. If I look at the fence's of my neighbours I can see the difference. They weren't the cheapest but also not the most excpensive.

Company showed up exactly when they said they would to do the estimate. I contacted two other companies to do the same, one never showed up and the other seemed unprofessional and the estimate was not as professional and complete as First Class Fence. I was very impressed by their professionalism and punctuality. After they received the approval on the permit, they contacted me promptly to schedule the work to be done. They showed up exactly when we had agreed and completed the job in about three hours. The work site was cleaned and looked great when they left. This company is not the cheapest out there, but the work is professional and they really seem to know their business. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Everything went precisely as Rebecca described how the work would go. It was only a one day job, but rain delayed things to finish up the next day. The workmanship and materials were high quality. However, I did give them a C on Professionalism. Seems Rebecca gets highly defensive on the slightest concerns, instead of simply addressing what ever concerns a customer may have.

It went extremely well. After permitting was completed, the work was done quickly and professionally. Communication was top-notch, emails were answered within minutes most of the time. I would definitely recommend First Class to anyone needing any kind of fence work - they were a pleasure to work with.

We had a old wooden fence surrounding our property and a holly tree that was on our property line that caused one side of our fence to start falling over. First class fence & rail removed and hauled the old fence, removed the tree, and replaced the fence in 3 days! They were professional, punctual, and kept us informed. We received about 4 estimates before choosing them. They were not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. They were mid-range in price but the quality is well worth it. The gates open and close like a hot knife on butter, and there is not a single panel that allows any view of our yard. If privacy is what you're looking for, they know how to achieve it. Each panel was put up individually by the owner of the company. They do not subcontract. When the owner of the company is doing the work, you know it'll be done right!

After thoroughly researching several providers in the area, we chose First Class based on their evident knowledge and experience in the field. They were professional, honest, thorough, and punctual. They were pro-active, keeping us apprised of all developments throughout the process, from the initial permit application up until the final inspection. The quality of the product itself and the way it was installed far exceeds that of other contractors we considered. These days, it is rare to find individuals who are hard-working and take pride in their business, which is exactly what we found in Rebecca and Alan at First Class Fence. By far the most professional of all of the companies I met with for estimates. They showed up on time, gave many options, gave detailed estimate of cost, kept me up to date with progress reports, permits, install dates, etc. and cleaned up the site at conclusion of the installation. Several of the other companies offered "to save me money" by not getting a permit. I do not want to deal with any unethical and untrustworthy organizations no matter what the savings. First Class Fence lived up to the name. They really are first class. They are also Everglades Angel, a dog rescue organization. Great mission and needs lots of volunteers and donations.

We were very pleased with the quality and professionalism.

First Class Fence and Rail was very prompt for everything from the estimate, to applying for the permit, to clearing the hedges, grinding the stump, and finally the installation of the beautiful white PVC fence. Rebecca and Alan kept us informed every step of the way and their work was impeccable. They left nothing to the imagination. We were told every day what would occur with Rebecca taking care of all the office and paper work and Alan taking care of all the fence work. They are really a remarkable team and a pleasure to work with. The clean-up at the end was also well done.

Everything went beautifully. From the permitting process,(painless) to the tear out of old chain link fence and the install of new board on board wood fence. Every post was dug to and cemented by Florida code and every piece of the fencing was built on site. He even went as far as repositioning the corner post of our old chain link fence, that joined to our neighbors chain link fence at no extra charge. I went as far as checking all the work during and after construction. Every post and board are square and level. It was a FIRST CLASS job. We will be using FIRST CLASS FENCE AND RAIL INC. for future jobs

Called for an estimator to come to our home. Two days later, no call from anyone as promised. Just contacted your business again, and would like to suggest coaching for your operators. She was rude, impatient, and unprofessional. When I asked her to please slow down, as I couldn't understand her rapid speech pattern, she began speaking as if I was either deaf or mentally challenged. Poor choice for customer service rep. Game changer for us.
