Very responsive. Visited the site and provided a detailed written proposal and offer to repair and reseal any roof tiles broken during the work. Did the work within days after proposal was accepted. Roof was cleaned, plants survived, and any chips or cracks caused in roof tiles (I didn't see any, actually) were repaired. Price was not the lowest, but was within range of all proposals received.

Very good job. Came back to do a couple of things my wife and I thought needed to be touched up. The only concern I have is that no matter what type of chemicals are used,some of the vegetation around your home can get a little discolored. But it will bounce back.

I have not yet been to the home to inspect it as of yet. (2 year warranty) The homeowner seems to be very happy. I will say that Ben has done everything he said that he would, on time. I would certainly use his company again. Tom C
