Description of Work: We had a Pet stained carpet and they were upfront and realistic about the probable out come. They did a great job cleaning the rest of the carpet and deodorizing but true to what they told us the stain was still there. I believe it still looked better post cleaning though.

Unfortunately, it was not available when I dropped mine off so I did not get to take advantage of it, but I saw it when I picked up my rugs. It's a good time to try them with the extra discount.
Description of Work: I had 3 area rugs cleaned and new backing put on 2 of them. I took the rugs to them and then picked them up when they were done.
