Garrett and Hector were very friendly, Garrett explained what they were going to do and how they go about it before starting the job. After finishing they cleaned up the room. Iâ m very satisfied with the results. Great job done!

They are knowledgeable in well worth the money

The driveway was lifted/filled to prevent further damage from cracks forming. This left larger gaps in the cracks in driveway. Gaps/cracks were filled with some sort of resin(?) - which was supposed to level out the driveway. Instead, now looks worse than ever - cracks are even more defined than before. Painting over not possible until driveway is properly coped. Paid almost $2,900 to Alpha. Called and wrote them - no response.

Ryan and Matt did an amazing job of concrete lifting of my driveway. They were very professional, friendly, and respectful. I'm glad I chose Alpha Foundations for my job.

We hired Alpha to raise our foundation and stabilize it . unfortunately we got into some financial difficulties and Alpha understood and let us out of the contract .I recommend them as a truthful and reliable company. And I thank them for doing the right thing.

After installation of french drains few weeks later noticed erosion next to my house where the underground PVC pipes were not connected and water washing away the soil in that area after rains.. Company says they will not correct this. Also just turned on my sprinklers and water irrigation system near the french drains gushing water toward my foundation. THEY BROKE The pipes next to the same place they were working. No one returning my calls, no one has come out to see it. Management refusing to care for it saying they are not responsible for it. Front desk lady rude and wont connect me to management saying the sales rep is responsible for this not management... like who is she to decide. And why is the sales rep responsible? They broke my irrigation system and left a job incomplete, and did not do a thorough inspection after the job. and not honoring thier Warantee they boast about.

Honest , well equipped for working in crawl space area under my house. They had the blessings from me and vice versa, where I had cleared out underneath and supplied amply lightning to work there, making their work a little easier to see. They made my crawl space as snug as a bug in a rug but of course I have not seen any bugs lately lol ð

Project: Install 100 foot French Drain Our sales representative Dave Premo was well informed of the unique specifications for our French Drain installation. He professionally managed our project from start to finish and was readily available to answer our questions. Our 3 person Torres Team who installed our French Drain had a stellar work ethic. They communicated with us when we asked questions and took great care to install the pipe pitch as appropriate. They also did a superb job cleaning up our residential job site after the drain was installed. We would recommend Dave Premo and the Torres Team.

The value of any company is their willingness to stand by their work and, if necessary, to address concerns that might arise after the work. FFA has come to my home additional times to followup with some ongoing issues with water. They did this with no additional cost to me. Their representatives and technicians are well trained and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them or to hire them again for a project.

The crew arrived late with no notification (call ahead). The project took 3 days (the sales rep committed it would only be one day) due to an unprepared crew (they didn?t have the right tools on the truck to get the job done). In addition a lead supervisor had to come back after crew completion because one of the drains was originally installed incorrectly creating water back flow toward the house.

Absolutely awful.

The project was raising my lanai concrete around my pool due to 'settling"? I was lead to believe that they would use a machine to show exactly where the areas were that needed the fill. That did not happen - they used the machine to find pipes under the concrete so they would not drill through them (which was fine), but not what I was told. There were several areas that had cracks, needed a return trip because the filled cracks -cracked over night! They did not replace our expansion joints which was discussed at the sales pitch, and is part of the issue. Service came back out 3 times to remedy areas of need. The service tech went through an irrigation pipe when putting in my drain across the lawn without telling us, and they wanted to position the drain in the middle of my lawn (which was not at the lowest point, and they ringed it with a 1' wide of stones - which is unsightly and dangerous when mowing. hey did more it more towards our landscaping, but still comes into our lawn. They did not repair the lawn they dug up, but put the good top soil as fill and left the rocks and fill soil on the tops which will now have to be repaired by us. They ripped a screen, which they did repair, but the pressurized poly is permanently on my lanai frame and screen in areas. Bottom line, they did what was in the contract, but not all that was discussed got into the contract. They were sloppy, but customer service seemed to respond quickly. They were cheaper than other quotes. Just a lot of my time was involved in this project that is not complete as we will have get another contract to complete the job.

A salesperson who came out did not inspect the suspect area. He left a 6,500 .00 proposal then emailed me back on Monday and dropped the price to 4800.00 but I needed to sign the proposal immediately to get the open spot in their production schedule. To me, his antics were that of a used car salesman. I was not impressed with his abilities or sales tactics. We later found the problem and it was a saw cut in a gable wall end that had been there since the building was constructed. The only reason it leaked was the soffit was down and the fascia was bent out and it scooped water during the rainstorm and forced it through the saw cut. The repair was simply a peel and stick patch and some roofing tar. Once the soffit and new fascia are back up it will never leak there again!

I had a good experience, from start to finish. The crew was great to work with, and completely cleaned the area when they were thru. They were early to the job site, which worked out perfectly. Nice Job!
