I hired this company multiple times to do my out of state moves for work. I wouldnt hire anyone else. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Anytime I emailed or called with any questions they got back to me in a timely manner. This will be the 4th move I do with them! If you want a company thats going to respect you and your belongings this is for sure your best option!!!!!

A disaster from start to finish: Lies, fraud, carelessness I don't know who they found to right positive reviews, but I am willing to talk with anyone who is interested personally to go over the details of one of the worst experiences I have ever had in dealing with any company. If this was a financial transaction of a few hundred dollars, I'd chalk it up to a bad experience and would walk away, but I know I will never receive adequate compensation for all the damage, do if a few people will tell them "no" and reference this review I might have hope. I have only said this about 2 companies in my entire life but this company needs to find another line of work. They SHOULD NOT BE IN THE MOVING BUSINESS. Let's start with the lies: If you are dealing with Tim especially, just hang up. Don't answer his calls, and block the number. He told me that he would be my point of contact throughout the move and when I tried to call, leave a message, or send a text, it was forwarded to someone else, but never the same person twice. Tim told me that the only reason I would see a broker license is that rarely they would broker a move if they were busy and he went on to tell me a long story about a "family company" and how he would assign a specific load master to our move. He also was the one who helped me through the estimate. Elizabeth is a shrieking banshee, and when I complained about the delays, I was told that it was my fault because we had more stuff than the estimate. I told her what Tim had done and she started shrieking "well you signed the contract" as if I was supposed to know what standard volume of various trucks were. Because the truck was too small, they put our stuff in storage and it was delayed. My wife has serious health issues and has almosted died 7 times. I told them I needed the stuff in a hurry because I was starting a new job and needed the time to set up the house for her. So instead of having 2 weeks, I had 3 days. The movers damaged goods, didn't stack things in the house well enough to get things in, and then left many of our things in the driveway and took off. You can guess what happened next, 2 days of rain and we had a lot of things water damaged. But while we were waiting Neal had to jump in and he is a childish bully and when I got in a dispute with him, he kept threatening to divert our goods to storage and charge us for it, saying he was going to class it as a refusal to accept delivery and I said I was going to class it as a refusal to deliver and call the police. Our credit union was involved at one point and said the whole deal sounded sketchy and they did call the police. The police forwarded their report to their white collar crime division because they thought the whole thing was sketchy. So lies, bullying, carelessness, damaged goods. I moved from NY to Florida. They were very professional, great customer service even down the moving men. They respected my belongings and were very gentle when moving fragile items. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others. You will not be disappointed.

I found this company online and I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but I have to say Ryan did an amazing job building me an estimate and the customer service team was at my beck and call throughout the whole move. If youâ re moving anywhere in the state of Florida, make sure you call this company first they did an amazing job!!!! Thank you!!

If it was Possible to leave six stars I would. Seven even. My family and I Hired a moving company to move us from NY to California. They NEVER showed up. I was recommended last minute Real Time Relocation by a Friend and they Saved us. From Shawn to Jessica Customer Service I was Gently educated On how the Industry works and was Given A fair and Great Price from Coast to Coast. I was nervous of course but They made me feel Like part of something bigger and Always Answered any Questions My husband and I had. I canà  à ¢à  à  à  à  t say enough about this company. If there was an Award For Best Relocation Company I would give it to them. Thank you so much for Taking all the extra time to Reassure us and To Inform my Family. Horrible experience. They damaged more of my property in a move from Florida to Alabama than I did in several self moves cross-country combined. I'm unable to file a claim with their insurer because the never provided (and refuse to provide - or "can't find") a copy of the bill of laden which is required by law to be provided. They were going to bring a dedicated truck, but instead they brought a trailer that didn't even fit all of our stuff (it fit the absolute minimum that they estimated, despite saying the always leave room for "forgot-abouts" or "extra" items. I had to rent a U-Haul trailer, load it myself and use that to augment what they couldn't fit. We still couldn't get everything loaded. They said they would bring a dedicated crew that would stay with my stuff for the duration, but they brought men that showed no respect to me (asked questions, and then immediately did the opposite), no respect for my property (literally saw one of the men laying on some of my boxes kicking another with both feet trying to make it fit in a space) The man that was the "lead" and was disassembling our property never showed at the destination and the driver tried to reassemble the best he could, but many of the pieces were missing and nothing was labeled. It was all thrown in one of several boxes and no one knew how to reassemble what he had taken apart. A large outdoor metal and stone table was held together with one bolt where it called for eight - and it wasn't the correct bolt, which left me with a partially stipped bolt and a damaged mounting hole. I have a list of damaged items - including some hand-made, Korean furniture which has shipped, without incident, not only internationally from Korea to the US, but through at least 10 other moves (yes we've moved a lot), including four cross-country. Both of the main pieces are now damaged. Our new oversized dining room table is damaged in multiple places. A refrigerator that was like new (no damage at all) now looks like a golf ball and has large gouges. A television stand had internal shelves ripped out, door "stops" broken, rear panel pulled off, scratches, etc.. A toaster oven looks like it was crushed from the back, and the list goes on. When they got to our new house, they failed to do anything to protect the house and put multiple gouges and scratches in our brand new hardwood floors. The gouged custom trip around our door frame while moving one of the pieces and basically showed a total lack or respect for our house or our property. They placed items in the wrong location, despite being told exactly where to place things. The crew at the new house was totally different from the crew at the old house, excluding the driver who wasn't around for the loading. They had no idea what anything was and didn't even follow instructions when we told them. I wound up moving about 15-20% of the items to the proper locations myself. Though I've had a couple of short conversations and SMS exchanges with "John C", he's no longer answering calls, returning calls, responding to voicemails or answering SMS. Don't waste your money or risk your belongings. These guys apparently don't care at all about you, your belongings, your property or anything except for your money. That's what they care about.

I contracted RTR when searching for help moving down south to Florida. I had numerous phone conversations with other companies, but felt RTR had the utmost professionalism that one would expect from a high quality moving service. The actual experience was on par with my expectations. Everything arrived promptly and the crew took the upmost care of my belongings. Thanks again RTR crew!

I lived in Florida most of my life. When I got a job offer in New Jersey, I needed help moving. I was single and there was NO WAY I was gonna be able to make the move alone. I needed to find movers to move me locally and I was hesitant to hire anyone bc now a days it is hard to trust anyone , exp trusting in a company to move your entire house & all of your belongings that mean everything to you. I gave Real Time Relocation a chance bc of there reviews and I am very happy that I went with them! They recently moved me over the weekend and I am 100% satisfied and will be using them again if I ever need to move again! There movers were very professional, took the time to answer any of my questions and made sure to move my things with care, you could tell they truly care about there customers!
