He and the gentleman he was were extremely professional and went above and beyond to move all of my furniture. They showed up on time, they moved everything carefully, and made the process so smooth. I would recommend them to anyone. Extremely hard workers and a great value as well!

If I need to hire a mover again, I will just call them. The price and work both were good. I got packing, disassembly and assembly all done. They did very nice packing. Not a single item was broken. No scratch on the walls while moving the furniture. Very clean work.

I used this company to move across the state of Florida and was extremely pleased with their service! The actual movers were very pleasant to be around and asked how I would like things moved and did exactly as I asked. Nothing was destroyed or broken in the process and they were on time and got it done in a timely manner as I was told that they would! The customer service for the company was just as great and I would definitely recommend to any and everyone I know! Their prices were one of the lowest that I got when searching for a company to help me move. Overall I would say this company is a 10 out of 10 and I want to thank everyone who was involved in helping my move be as smooth as possible and I will use you guys again in the future if I ever move again! Honestly, don't waste your time. Your salesperson will claim that they don't broker their services to third party contractors and be super nice and charming, guess how my move went? A third party last minute moving company I've never heard of. Additionally, their space estimates are trash because of the national sizing metrics they use so whatever company you go through, get the exact size dimensions, don't let them use their general sizes they have in their system as even boxes are smaller than normal sizes you would get anywhere (such as home depot). Closer to your move, the assurance specialist that's supposed to "make sure the items are verified" is really just an extremely pushy salesperson trying to sell you space you probably don't need. They will not give you a straight answer on questions such as "if I don't use the extra space I buy, wouldn't I still have to pay for it?" Took 30 minutes for this genius to answer a simple question. I would heavily advise looking elsewhere or using the home depot pods as they will likely broker your move out to a third party regardless of what the salesperson tells you. Also, all of the discounts are bogus. They create discounts for everything, you could say you have 9 toes and they'd apply a discount. They have a bottom line that they take but will try to uncharge the crap out of you. Take your quote and talk to another company and rinse and repeat and the price will continue to drop. My move was from CA to TN. Wouldn't recommend going through these guys. Also make sure you provide your own boxes and moving materials or you will get charged for any extra the movers have to use. They wanted to wrap my tv better, luckily the third party company they hired just let me run to home depot and spend 20$ rather than the 100$ it would have costed to wrap a TV.

We used Real Time Relocation, for a local move, and overall, it was a good experience. The movers arrived a little late, which made me nervous initially, but they hustled once they got started. They took great care with my furniture, wrapping everything carefully to avoid scratches. I have a lot of heavy, awkwardly shaped items, but the team worked hard to make sure everything fit in the truck properly. I appreciated how respectful and professional they were throughout the day. The only small issue I had was that one of the movers accidentally scuffed a wall when carrying a large piece of furniture. They apologized right away and did their best to clean it up, which I appreciated. The service was also solid, and nothing else was damaged. I'd consider using them again if I move in the future, but I might ask for a bigger team next time to speed things up a bit.

They wrapped all the furniture in plastic wrap. They were careful when moving furniture out and moving it in to the new location.He did not require a deposit and no cancellation fee. I will definitely use them for my next move, you should too.

This company is awful. They can't use a calculator to determine how many cubic feet a storage unit takes up. They quoted me for 1/3rd the size I needed. I noticed the error, asked about it, and was told not to worry about it. When they called a few days before the scheduled date, they told me the capacity was wrong and quoted me for over $8000. The original quote was $2500. I had to cancel and they would not return my deposit of over $800. Bait and hook business model for sure. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Ive moved twice with them and they are amazing! So easy to book, their customer service is excellent, and on site they are efficient and friendly. I would recommend to anyone!
