Brandon Electric

Kiev, the electrician from Brandon Electric Inc. was very professional. He introduced himself, placed booties on his shoes not to dirty my floor, immediately checked-out my fixture and explained what needed to be repaired in order to fix it. I ok'd the repair and he immediately replaced the baluster in the fixture, put the fixture back together, checked that the fixture worked, and cleaned-up after making the repair. I will be using Brandon Electric Inc. again if I have an electrical problem. In fact, I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Nestor arrived early, after he called and asked if it was ok. I was thrilled that he could arrive earlier! He introduced himself at the door put on his little blue socks and came in the house. He figured out the problem, suggested a few things and explained what he was going to fix and how much it would cost. He was very courteous and professional. He even saw and picked up a little tiny piece of wire off the floor that I didn't even see. Which I appreciate because we have dogs and cats that eat everything. Great service and a nice guy. ”

Brandon Electric did the work in two visits. On the first visit they installed the pendant lights and the ceiling fan. The electrician showed up on time, was pleasant, had a badge with his name and picture on it and wore foot coverings before entering my house. He gave me an initial estimate but I was able to take advantage of a deal on Angie's list that provided two hours of service for $185. He put together the lamps and fan and then installed them. One of the lights didn't come on initially but he quickly traced it to the original wiring. He covered the work area to avoid getting debris on my counters and furniture and cleaned up when done. The second visit was to install the foyer light. This time they sent two people since the light was mounted on a 17 foot ceiling. Again, on time, professional, badged, pleasant, considerate of my home and billed exactly to the original estimate. They would be my first call if I need any additional work.

We like them a lot they were really good and professional. We called him that day and they came out. very good. Prompt, professional even in calling them the person that answers the phone is very kind, very professional, very understanding.

I bought an Angie's List deal - two hours of service for $185. I received a call from the company within a couple days of the purchase to set up the service date. I provided them all details needed to schedule the service (name, address, phone, etc). It was supposed to be 23 August. I took time off work, got home early to be sure I was here for the start of my 2hr appointment window. I waited. Then waited some more. Soon enough, it was 15mins past my appointment time, so I called. After being placed on hold, it appears I was their "mystery client" that day - they knew they had another appointment but had no details on the client. I was angry, but they were apologetic and rescheduled for the same time the following week. The 30th arrives. This time, I have an email notification from Brandon Electric, which seemed like a positive sign. The downside was that it was address to the female equivalent of my name. Aggravating that they couldn't get a simple email notification with the right name, but oh well. Just like the previous week, I take time off work so I can be home for the appointment window. I was hoping that they'd come earlier in the scheduled window since they were a no-show for the first appointment. That didn't happen. I waited the full appointment time, plus an extra 10 minutes. I called again, saying it was past the appointment time and I heard nothing from the company. I feared they forgot me AGAIN. As I waited for the person on the phone to track down the electrician, he showed up. No apology for being late, or saying he should have called to let me know. Just a brief statement that it had been a busy day. Otherwise, the electrician was nice and everything was performed well. I think customer service is lacking. Unsure if I'd use them again. They seem competent, but I expected more from a company with an 'A' rating on this site.

Went very well. They did a great job and cleaned up.

It was an awesome experience. They showed up the same day and even earlier than expected. They made the repairs in the best fashion possible.

Fast and efficient. Tested hypothesis before charging anything extra. Replaced breaker, issue resolved.

My installer arrived on time and immediately went to work. He did what I needed for him to do within a two hour time frame. I needed two outside fixtures, one dining room light fixture, one kitchen light fixture, and a double light switch that needed replaced. All of the above was installed within a two hour time frame. I also asked him to take a look at my circuit breaker box, as one breaker was not working. He checked it out and immediately installed a new one. After all the work was completed he removed the boxes, cleaned the area and asked if he could sweep the areas where ceiling debris had fallen. I would highly recommend Brandon Electric. They are an honest, and their work is superb.

Absolutely Fabulous!! Jason was GREAT. He explained everything. We worked really fast and cleaned up a box full of unsafe wiring as well as an un-needed sound system. He's super nice and dealt very well with my two yappy dogs with no problem. Would hire Brandon Electric and Jason in a heartbeat again! Thank you very much!!

Went perfectly. The electrician was so nice and friendly. I bought the 2 hour deal but the removal of old box, installation of new, and installation of 3 switches only took an hour. Oops. He asked if there was other work he could do in the 2 hour period but I didn't have any other small tasks. I did appreciate him asking!

Called same day and had someone come out after hours due to the time of the final walkthrough. This is a great company, very professional all-around. The electrician Brent was very thorough and professional, took his time to go over everything and pointed out things I would not have noticed. Def now have peace of mind before making this house purchase, thanks to Brandon Electric and Brent.

I bought an Angie's List deal for two hours of electrical labor. The electrician, Rodrigo Zeledon from Brandon Electric showed up as scheduled and got right to work. He took down the old garage coach lights and installed the new lights quickly then got a ladder from his truck to work on getting down the old porch light and installing the new unit. When he finished that, he moved inside and fixed a short in a couple of two way switches in a hallway. I also asked for an estimate on installing a couple of new outlets (which wasn't counted against my two hours). Rodrigo cleaned up after his efforts and respected my property. I'll use Brandon Electric again.

It turned out well. The young man came out and showed me some of the electrical circuits/outlets that needed to be changed. He did his 24 point check. I wouldn't use him again in future only because I am thinking of going to school to be an electrician. He did everything that was required. He did the 24 check and showed me which outlets were not in use. What I needed to do was get them in use and that was it.

Installed without a hitch. Jason did a great job!

The Brandon Electric technician arrived on time, gave me a quote half the price of a previous electrician and did a great job on the installation. When asked for an estimate for a number of other jobs in the future, they provided it promptly a few days later via e-mail. I was impressed with Brandon Electric's quality and plan to use them again in the future.

The work quality was good and the outlets work just fine. There were two things I didn't particularly enjoy about my experience with Brandon Electric. The first was the odd scheduling and partial work that was finally completed a week later. Initially, the electrician came out and gave me an estimate. Despite it being quite high, I agreed to it, and he began to work. About an hour later, he told me the company had called him back because it was getting too late and they would have to reschedule for the next day. What was supposed to be the next day became the next week, which was not timely considering I had scheduled installations that required those outlets to be in place. Secondly, the price, even though I agreed to it, was very high for two simple outlet installs. While they eventually got the work done, the price and difficulty in scheduling would lead me to another company for future electrical work.

From the time I called Lorin at the office thru completion of the work she was very professional. My technician was running late and Lorin made sure that I recvd a call before he came. Carlos was very helpful. He explained somethings that I could do re the type of light bulb I was using. He double checked his work, making sure I was satisfied with what he had done.. He made me feel very confident in what he was doing. And the price was very fair.

The installer was very professional. The work was completed in a timely manner to our satisfaction. The installer cleaned up after the job was completed.

Carlos and Joe were on time. The work was completed to my satisfaction and they even took pictures of the completed work for me. After the work was completed Carlos walked me through every item to ensure nothing was missed.

Jason arrived on time, he was very professional. We had bought the 2 hour service available on Angie's list and he was very conscious of trying to do all the work within that time frame. I liked the fact that he was considerate to perform as much work as possible during that time. He quickly knocked off the easy items and spent time on the difficult problem which was the bathroom fixture. Initially he thought it would be an easy swap out, however when it didn't work he put it aside and did the other easy stuff - easy for him not us. The bathroom fixture needed him to go into the attic and track down the wiring problem. This required additional time outside of the two hours we paid for but I was glad to get a potential problem fixed. He certainly hustled about getting everything done in the allotted time. I had no problem with the additional hour since it required rewiring and by passing an attic transformer which was originally put in by the builder for a halogen light fixture that was long gone. Not only was he professional and efficient, he cared about the time and money situation. We were totally pleased with all the work and him getting everything to work the way it's supposed to. I will be calling them again when I need further electrical work.

Excellent communication before the scheduled service time. I got an email with the electrician's picture; very thoughtful. Jose called me 20 minutes before he arrived (on time) to let me know he was coming. He made sure to cover his shoes, and cleaned up after himself. The repair was simple, and done in 30 minutes. I will call them for any electrical needs in the future.
