I am rating the cameras and App so much better Quality then ADT. The installer Mark was very helpful did quality work and was very respectful. I feel like if I need a question answered he will be there for us. The overall experience was excellent.

Rapid Alarm was impressive. The tech was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and didn't sell me what I didn't need. I also didn't have to sign a long term monitoring agreement unlike other companies I've dealt with in the past. This is a great company to do business wirh.
