Started with a leak repair, and added replacement of the 24 year-old water heater since it was overdue and was going to be in the way of the repairs anyway. Except for a few communication lapses, it was a very comfortable experience working with them. The price was even better than excellent in my opinion. (I did research the cost of a DIY installation.) Their work was thorough and complete, although not as aesthetically pure as it could have been (hence, the 4.5), and they were very helpful with counsel concerning other related work that I didn't know needed also to be done. I have high confidence in their work.

The install and preparation were done in an exceptional,way. Chuck, the owner is extremely professional. He arrived exactly on time and was done in three hours. The installation was performed in a very neat and careful manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him and, as a matter of fact, I will be recommending him as a preferred vendor to our condominium association.

That they were punctual, obviously knew what they were doing, came in, biff bam, thank you ma'am, they got to work and were gone. They didn't leave a mess.

Pro Plumbing was great. They called a day before to confirm and also called the day of to give estimated arrival time. Victor explained what was needed to be done and pricing. Will definitely use again when needed and recommend to family and friends.

Chuck is the nicest guy ever! Immediately felt he was the right person for the job, even over the phone! He showed up as promised, started and completed the job beautifully and I've already recommended him to my neighbor to do a project. Very happy with this install job!

We initially needed to have our water heater moved in a newly purchased home because the existing installation was not code compliant. In the process, it became apparent that the old water heater was on its last legs and replacement was the best way to go. The Pro-Plumbing Works plumber quickly located a suitable replacement and gave us a very competitive price. Even with the change in service, requiring a trip out to pick up the new water heater, the job was still completed within the original timeframe, and the work is outstanding!
