We wanted a solar structure built detached from our home to accommodate 24 solar panels. The design requirements went beyond a normal scope. The steel supports were very tall and over 600 lbs each. They had to be "planted," encased in rebar, into 10' deep holes. To me, daunting, to Ben, no problem. That went very well. And then the 6" x 12" wood beams had to be positioned at the tops of these steel supports 15' high. Again, no problem. From there, the roof went on and the structure went up quickly with great attention to every design detail. Ben and his capable crew were very punctual, professional, and we are extremely impressed with the project. Ben is my contractor and I will call him for any home improvement that comes up. Excellent work from an A+ contractor.

I didn’t hire him, but he was good to work with as far as getting a quote. I didn’t work with him because the building project did not go forward. If the circumstances were right, I would use him again. He was always on time and he did what he said he was going to do; I didn’t find any fault with that. The quote was for about $550,000.

After meeting with several contractors for our master bath upgrade, we chose Benjamin based on his interpersonal skills, creative ideas, track record, experience and overall knowledge and capabilities. After a full demo and upgrade by Benjamin, our expectations continue to be exceeded. Benjamin is an artist and a perfectionist in every aspect of his work. He is a person with a high degree of personal integrity and will do whatever it takes to ensure that his customers are happy. We would absolutely recommend Benjamin to anyone needing new construction, upgrades or conversions. His high energy level, pleasant personality and respectful demeanor is second to none. We are looking forward to hiring Benjamin again for future projects in our home. From detailed estimate to on-time completion the experience was a pleasure!

The quoted price is $550,000. He appears to be very competent and certainly was personable. He and I were on the same wave length in terms of me understanding the services I needed as well as clarifying the role he plays relative to the role I play in a new construction process. So, I find him very easy to work with although I have not had him do any work yet. At this point, however, I highly recommend him. The only problem I had was that the bid I requested was not as detailed as I had hoped for. Other than that; everything else was great. He has been very responsive but I have another contractor that I also am considering.

We tried to get someone from Angies list a year ago for this project. The first contractor put me off month after month until I just decided he was not interested. The 2nd contractor was ready to go but then my husband tried to negotiate price after we had a signed contract and that p***** him off so he canceled. We finally got a break in the weather and the desire to finish this a year later. Ben came out for an estimate 30 minutes after we called him! Then provided a quote shortly after that and was ready to go to work 2 weeks after we initially called for the estimate. The price was better than we'd had in the past and I appreciated Ben's professionalism keeping us posted about his availability which only slipped 1 day. The deck was completed in 3 days and Ben helped my husband & I come to a good design decision when my husband started to falter on the design. Ben surprised us with the pull out hinged part of the deck (which was not in his original estimate) when he could see I was concerned about access for the hot tub maintenance. Ben provided everything we wanted and then more by completing the deck to the ground to keep the critters out.

Benjamin came out for an estimate and gave me a great bid. I dragged my feet for too long and he was busy by the time I was ready to do the project.

Benjamin and his team are fast, honest and true craftsmen. The Quality and Value we received is second to none. Bathrooms are pretty much done on time and on budget. Will defenetly use them for our other projects.
