They are good. They seemed to know what they were doing. We moved out here in '06 and we never used the fireplace because we were afraid we might start a fire. He cleaned it all out and it looked like he knew what he was doing. He was courteous. He seemed professional.

Bernard showed up early, and could not have been more professional and cordial. He could not have been more helpful. He was well-spoken, and clearly demonstrated everything that he did. I would highly recommend him.

A simply perfect service experience across the board. Serviceman even put a blanket under his truck to avoid oil spill on my driveway! Very refreshing considering that I had some other people leave cigarette butts on the driveway! Hire this company if you need a chimney sweep.

He cleaned our free standing fireplace. It was filthy as the previous owners had not cleaned it in some time. We had never looked in the fireplace as we knew it had to be cleaned, he found that it had all of the makings for a fire, with newspapers, kindling and logs all set up. Also there was a lot of soot. He emptied the fireplace out and used a brush to clean the flue. He vacuumed everything up . He also had covered the hearth so that none of the soot would get on it. He went on the roof to check the chimney also. told us that we need to check the screen every season which we did not know had to be done All in all he did a great job, he arrived a little later than we expected him but it was not a problem. Would use again.

We liked them. They came on time. They did what they were supposed to do. They gave me a price and they stuck to the price. I would recommend them.

The dryer in my condo was not working well due to a clogged dryer vent. It's a relatively long vent, maybe 15'. He was very thorough, worked quickly and got a ridiculous amount of lint and a frog out of my vent. It only took about 30 minutes and now the dryer works great.

They had quick response and the quality was good.

Cannot 'remember the sweep's name hard as I try. He put down a dropcloth on the hearth and floor in front of the fireplace before he cleaned and inspected. Was very thorough and professional. My only disappointment was his lack of a top hat like in Mary Poppins. I was pleased and satisfied with the work done and enjoy my fireplace with no worry.

he was a half hour late, but he did call a head of time to let us know. he was very informative and good at his job.

Overall it went very well. They arrived on time, cleaned up after the job, and sugessted the dryer vent cleaning in addition to the chimney cleaning that they were hired for. I got AAbrams Chimney Service's name from Angie's list and used a coupon that ws included in Angie's List Magazine.

He came early, performed the necessary task which we both agreed to and cleaned up when the work was finished.

I was able to schedule for service without delay. The technician who performed the service was professional, friendly, and fast. He explained what he was doing as he went along and made recommendations for frequently of future service to maintain safe, clean vents. I was very happy with the overall experience of working with this vendor.

Chimney liner had rust and holes. Could not be repaired. The only solution would be to put new liners in.

Did work as expected. Did a nice job, cleaned up after himself.
