I purchased the big deal coupon for this service and it turned out very well. This is the first time that I’ve used them. They were just on time and did what was expected. They didn’t try to up sell me or anything. I don’t know what to compare their price against and so I cannot judge that aspect.

The service was provided in a very professional manner. Work was thorough, worker was punctual, and I will certainly use again.

Purchased an Angie's List coupon for a dryer vent/chimney cleaning. A day or two later I got a call from company to schedule appointment. Service was performed on time and guy was very friendly and polite. He even showed me the lint and junk that he vacuumed out from the pipes. Yuck! Thanks Aabrams for a great experience.

Bernard and his co-worker Taye were punctual and ready to work. Outdoor and attic jobs in Florida in August are no treat. Completed repairs and even cleaned up after themselves before they left. I appreciated that Bernard took appropriate pictures of work completed.

The person doing the work did not explain much, but he did his job. He as well as I were surprised that after 12 years the dryer vent going out from the dryer to outside of my house barely had any lint.

The visit went well, the technician arrived early and completed the work within the expected length of time. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I will use this company again.

I was sure the formal living room was going to be full of soot when he was done; this fireplace chimney hadn't been cleaned in at least 20 years. Nary a speck of soot anywhere. He was kind and easy going and I'll be using him regularly (every two years is recommended).

Abrams swept and cleaned the chimney at our home and following cleaning recommended a re-pointing (which we knew it needed) and gave us an estimate to have that done. They also inspected teh chimney stack on the roof for any damage and such and all was in order. They did great work, clean, timely and explained everything clearly. We've used them in the past as we own a property management company and they are our preferred vendor for our business. Great people, family owned and all around good to work with. We'd recommened them to anyone needing honest chimney services!

The company showed up on time. Prepared the area to avoid any soot from entering the house and getting on the floor. The comapny explained what they were doing and pointed outa couple issues with out chimney and what could be done to take care of it. Job was completed quickly and they did a great job.

The technician arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. He disconnected my dryer vent hose and took out 10 years of lint and pet hair. He then went up on my roof and checked the vent door. It was barely opening from all the lint that had collected. He removed the lint and showed me what he found. It was amazing. I should have had this done a few years ago. He suggested having the vent cleaned every 2 years and would have his office send me a reminder when the time came. I would definatley use this company again. Well worth the money.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went really good. They were very good about calling back when I called to postpone. They were very friendly. I like them a lot. They did a good job.

Bought "big deal" for dryer vent cleaning since dryer was taking a long time to dry clothes. He arrived on time and cleaned pipe, then went on roof, removed cap and cleaned lint - it snowed for a few minutes. Nice job. Scheduled visit every two years.

Originally Bernard came while it was storming and cleaned the vent from the laundry room on the second floor bending up to the roof . It appeared clean and the dryer worked well for a couple of days. However, it dried less and less over the next week and we called back. Robert came back promptly, diagnosed a clog on the roof vent (which they couldn't access the first time), and climbed onto the roof and cleared it quickly and efficiently-no charge. Both were very professional and we will definitely use their service in the future.

The service turned out great. My son was here and he said everything went well. The vent was really clogged up and now the drier works very well. We had purchased a big deal, and the price was excellent, they responded to my email immediately, when I put in the request to them. They got late but they did call and say they were going to get late.

The experience was a very good one. Because I had purchased the Big Deal, someone from Aabrams called me soon after the purchase to see when I wanted to schedule the service. I couldn't schedule at that time, but when I called them back a few weeks later, it was not difficult to find a time that worked well for us (a 2-hour window). Bernard called ahead to let me know when he was about 20 minutes away and verify directions (it's a newer area that not all GPS' can find well). He was courteous and professional. Bernard listened well to my concerns, answered my questions, gave good advice, and didn't mind me watching the process out of curiosity. He was careful when moving my dryer and accessing the vent. He removed a lot of lint and disposed of it. Afterward, he asked me to turn the dryer on and we went out to locate the outside vent to make sure it was clear also. While looking, he noticed a bathroom vent that was partially blocked by a wasp nest. He got his ladder and removed the wasp nest for me! That was a very nice 'extra' thing he did. Thankfully no one got stung in the process! The dryer vent was visible on the roof (high 2-story house) and bits of lint were obviously coming out (on the roof and lawn) after the cleaning. He and I were satisfied that it was clear (not possible to get up that high). I was very pleased with Bernard's service, and would not hesitate to call them again for any other needs.
