Zerorez

I use them all the time and recommend them all the time. They are usually early, call ahead of time, clean up after themselves and follow up. They come back if anything isn't just right or if a stain reappears. The people on the end of the phone are nice, and their technicians are friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

The services went well. They came in and cleaned the sectional, it didn't take too long. I thought the price was a little steep, but I didn't want to take on the project myself so we went with it. We like zerorez because there is not too much of an after smell and the furniture is not soaking wet afterwards. We have used them for carpets in the past as well and thought they did a really good job on the carpets also. We have friends with older pets who have accidents and they only use zerorez for that as well. We were also able to get an appointment very quickly.

the carpets are clean and fresh with no spots. The techs are very considerate and clean. They even move furniture and put protection under the legs of the furniture.

They do an absolutely fantastic job and the house smells clean. The carpet dries in four or five hours. The guys that come out are very friendly and clean. They put covers over their shoes when they come through in and out of our house so they don't track dirt in from outside. They are by far and away the best carpet cleaning company I have ever used.

I had them do all of this before we moved into our home and in our old home. Everything went well. They were very professional and we were pleased. We were recommended to us by our son. They do not use harmful chemicals. There was no bad smell, it just smelled fresh and clean. The workers were very happy, friendly and accommodating.

In fact the guy who came out, helped me move some furniture around even though I was going to do it myself. They were very professional and very knowledgeable about what they were treating since I had some pet stains. Other carpet cleaning companies were not able to get them out but they were able to.

There was just one guy. He told me what he was going to do, got right to work and took about an hour. Showed up on time. The job cost the $99 just like they said and he didn't try to sell me a list of other products. They even added in a walk in closet for free. I was very satisfied. Results were good, the carpet was not in bad shape to start with.

the man was on time and did a very thorough job of cleaning carpet...although I moved most of the furniture prior to his coming, he did help with a larger piece before he started... he was very knowledgeable about the process ... he did try t sell me some other services but it was a soft sell and when he heard me say I wasn't interested he stopped selling. I would definitely use again; I like the fact they use very few chemicals and are safe for animals

I emailed them from their website requesting a call/quote. They never responded. I call them a few days later to follow up. The operator on the phone was nice enough. But then told me they basically do not service apartments that are not ground level.

Called Zerorez of Jacksonville and set an appointment. On the appointed date they called to let us know they were on there way. Upon arrival they did a walk thru to evaluate the carpet condition. They were very professional in their appearance and language and after asking if we had any questions or concerns went right to work. I quickly realized this was not your typical carpet cleaning company as they took time to work deligently on the high traffic and problem areas with what ever time it took instead of the typical quick sweep we have seen in the dozen plus other companies we have used over the years. I was very interested in the cleaning ability of their energized water which uses no soaps because of my chemical background in the nuclear field. We have never seen such quick drying carpets and a very minimal oder that did not upset my sinuses as previously cleanings had done. We have never seen such brillance from the carpet. They gave us booties to wear till the carpet dried. We were very pleased with Zerorez of Jacksonville and suggest if you want value and quality for your dollar you check out their website and techniques used. I also noticed that their energized water is bought by meat and produce companies as a sanitizer because it is one of the best germ killers on the market and that is a great plus for carpets for our grandkids and us as Senior Citizens who have weaker immune systems.

Since the rooms were empty, it didn't take them long. The carpets looked better, however, they didn't remove all of the stains. Our previous tenant had a pet, and I asked about deoderizing the carpet. They said the citrus solution they used would deoderize the carpet. It smelled great while they were there, but after the carpet dried we found that the pet odor had not been completely eliminated. I was not impressed with the results, and don't think that I would use them in the future.

They were on time, very polite and went right to work. All the rugs looked good and there was no weird chemical smell. The 8x10 looked especially good. I also inquired about the floor cleaning (w/steam) service and they did a test patch for me. No miraculous cleaning job their but it was a tile floor with minimal dirt. Very expensive for that service!

Excellent. Worker was on time, very polite, and did an excellent job. Will use them again. (They use a non-soap cleaner that does not attract dirt.)

I probably would not hire Zerorez again. They came on time, and I thought they did a decent job but nothing spectacular. I was also disappointed that the results did not last very long, especially for the price.
