Poor customer service. Lukr doesn?t answer phone or return calls . Charged me for. 2 parts that didn?t fix the issue. & he promised if the parts didn?t fix the issue he would return. I have called & left numerous messages but no response from Luke.

Luke was great! He explained everything to me and was friendly, thorough and professional. He made me feel very comfortable with my decision. He even came back the next day to check on an unrelated (as it turned out) problem. He installed a whole house cut off valve which was an added benefit.

Luke was very professional and was quick to identify the source of the issue upon arriving at my residence. Upon identify the issue, he quickly corrected it.
