It took a lot of effort and research but we found a company that manufactured a custom set for us in addition to our fabrication of the new custom fire box. Thank you to the client for the feedback. This project was on the 22nd floor of a highrise building and we had to install wire mold on the exterior. We explained that we would go downstairs once completed and get our broom to clean up to our standards but the client told us not to worry about it and insisted we not clean up anymore than we already had done. We have completed two projects now for this client so we are a bit confused with the comments and grades but again thank him for his feedback. We will insist on cleaning up before leaving if asked to return for a third project. We do apologize for our obvious misunderstanding. Please give our office a call or email us to discuss further. We value our relationships with our clients and delivering quality and top notch customer service.

It has to be almost comical to some potential clients looking for a contractor and seeing a review that only shows a grade. This day and age we find most of our information we are looking for online and now with reviews being the driving force for every business it is difficult for some people to find the time to actually do a review but they do want to share how they felt in some form so a grade of an A is always appreciated. Description of Work: The team at DSI were all professional from start to finish, from customer service, scheduling, and work. I had a sensor light installed in the front yard. The technician, Matt, replaced an old light where the wires had melted causing the breaker to trip. Matt was informational as he described the issues while removing the malfunctioned old light and fixture and replaced with new one. He also had time to check another electrical issue and gave me tips to fix as it was an easy job. This was my first Angie's List job and will use again.
