Technician Joan was very polite and knowledgeable about his trade. He was able to locate and fix my problem very quickly. The rate for trouble shooting and applying the fix was very reasonable and fair in my opinion. The worksite was left clean and Joan explained all his work to my satisfaction. Dwayne was a professional, courteous electrician. He explained the problem with the kitchen lights, called his boss and got the OK to complete the job . He arrived on time. He completed the job satisfactorily and cleaned up. He even helped me to put back some wall decorations. The price for the job was fair. I would highly recommend this company for any electrical work.
