Kevin was diligent about contacting me after my initial inquiry and the technician John was on time, polite, informative, quick and did a good job. I will definitely call them again if I need electrical work completed and have already recommended them.

The electrician was very knowledgeable, but very careless. I had to have company send the electrician back 2 times to fix issues and to finish unfinished work. On second visit, electrician left again for second time without checking that everything worked. I found a GFI outlet not working and when I opened up the outloe cover to check it out, I found an unsecured black wire (live) that was loose and sparking within the electric box. (could have caused a fire).. Was not happy with that. Very careless work. Also I asked for 3 light outlets installed in bathroom centered to vanities and middle wall. None cot centered correctly and as a result I had to change light fixture to compensate for light boxes being off centered by more than 2 inches. Was not happy about that either,

Lance was punctual & efficient. Installed two ceiling pot lights, switch, repaired an outlet as well as rewired a wall fixture that I thought I would have to replaced. Will use again & recommend to my friends.

Within 10 seconds after I listed a request for an electrician I was contacted by Excel. They came out and gave me a quick estimate to relocate a switch and then proceeded to complete the work. I give them my highest recommendation!

I listed my request for an electrician and said I was ready to hire. Within minute, I received a phone call asking what work I needed to have done. He sent an electrician that same day who provided an estimate. Very professional and prompt. Swept up after each installation. Highly recommend Excel. After the work was completed, I was still receiving calls from other companies 3 and 4 days asking what services I needed. Other companies were too slow to respond suggesting a lack of professionalism and a lack of desire to obtain the job.

John showed up on time and provided a detailed estimate. He showed up again right on schedule to do the work, which included troubleshooting as well as additional exterior lighting. Work was done quickly, neatly and ended up costing less the original estimate. I have already recommended Excel/John to friends.

Make sure they charge you what they quoted. In my case they charged extras on my quote. I complained and they reduced the bill. I don't like that.

I was skeptical at first but found him to be on time, did a good job and was not over expensive like most electricians are.

John installed 3 smoke detectors, he is polite and efficient, one of the better contractors I have used. The reduction in points is due to having to ask about an available10% discount coupon which they offer but then again we all want a reasonable return for our labor.
