The customer service person didn't tell the real price PER HOUR on the phone when I asked her many times how the company works. That wasn?t fair!!

Lance was amazing. We spoke about the things I wanted done. He explained what it would entail and the cost. We came to an agreement of the scope of work. His work was spotless. You'd never know that he was even there doing all of this work. Highly recommend.

Ran into a challenge installing a small light, John offered to install a high hat, which he had to go buy. Much better outcome. I was glad he was focused on quality, I'm very happy with both lights he installed.

This gentleman was called for an estimate to run a new doorbell wire. Rather than charging me to either run the wire or installing a wireless doorbell which was his recommendation, he told me to save my money it’s a simple installation and it was. Although I didn’t use him this time. He has earned a customer for life.

Corey Dohring was the electrician that Excel sent. I called Tuesday afternoon and he was here Wednesday morning at about 8:15. He fixed the problem quickly, explaining exactly what the problem was and how he was dealing with it. I am happy to unreservedly recommend Excel Electric (561) 408-0722. If you are in Palm Beach Gardens Corey is local. I couldn’t be more satisfied!
