I was not sure if what I saw happening to a ceiling was termite damage. Shawn scheduled to evaluate this at 6:30 a.m. so that I could get to my job on time and not be late. He was very professional and he knows his industry very well. As it turned out, I did not have termite damage but a plumbing issue. For this reason, I had to rate the quality of the work in this feedback because it is a required field, however no work was done because none was needed. However, I will have Universal Exterminating do some preventative work as soon as I have the plumbing issue repaired. The fees he quoted were very reasonable.

They were very professional, provided a lot of useful information in addition to treating the problem.

I usually don't write feedbacks but I think I owe one for Sean Khan. he is a real nice fellow and very knowledgable. He treated our home for fleasand had no problem treating our cars too. However the problem came when we entered our garage and found a racoon there. He said that after we got rid of the racoon he would traet the garage too. We had the neighbor board up our garage once the racoon left and thank God it did not return. However when we tried to get Sean back it took many phone calls until we finally got a hold of him. When we finally did he explained he was away on vacation and he came and traeted the garage. Highly recommended.

The actual work, to block up holes through which mice were entering my apartment was completed by Joseph Pizarro. He is terrific and did a wonderful job. The owner, Shawn impressed me when I first spoke to him, and he made a date to do the appraisal the next day. After he was almost an hour late, he never returned my phone calls. However, I feel lucky that he sent Joseph Pizarro to do the appraisal and the work, because it was great from then on! The work was done well, professionally, and I learned a lot too. I also think the price was very affordable.

Once Joseph Pizarro arrived to do the work is was all 100% great. But I was not contacted at the original time we set for the appraisal, and I wish Shawn, who is very knowlledgable, had returned my calls while I was waiting.

The technician was very professional, thorough, and pleasant. He inspected everywhere, found no bugs and we were greatly relieved. We will use them again if we ever have need. Thanks for the great service.

Shawn called immediately after I submitted my request for emergency bee hive removal. He was exceptionally nice, arrived early, inspected the area quickly and throughly. When we didn't find a hive, he explained why we were seeing bees, and applied delta dust to help solve the problem. From start to finish, he had things solved in 20 minutes. And as if all of that was not enough, he didn't charge us! He will be my first call for any future extermination needs.

They were very personable, answered all my (and tenants) questions, and humane - an important quality for me.

Shawn was very prompt, personable and professional. He knew just what was needed to get rid of the yellow jackets and explained the process as he went along. I would recommend him and his company highly.

I spoke to Shawn on the phone and he was super helpful and professional! He answered all of my questions and was able to schedule an appointment to come to my home right away (and even accommodated me when I called back to change the time 30 minutes later)! One of his employees was supposed to meet my husband between 8am-9am, and actually arrived early. My husband said that he was very nice and thorough. Since we just got serviced I can't say what the effects will be long term, but Shawn already assured me that we have a 1 year guaranty in case any issues should arise. Also, the cost is INCREDIBLE. I highly recommend these guys!

Shawn was absolutely amazing. He worked with our busy schedule and went through our apartment very carefully, examining every nook and cranny for bedbugs. Finding none, he provided helpful cost effective measures to prevent infestation rather than try to sell us unecessary products and services. I would recommend Shawn without reservation.

I called four companies before I chose Universal Exterminating. I spoke with a gentleman on the phone who listened to my concerns and assured me that if I chose this company to service my home, I would be very satisfied. He explained what would transpire and answered numerous questions. The service technician who arrived was extremely thorough and very friendly. He addressed all my concerns while going above and beyond what I had asked for. As for pricing, I found that Universal Exterminating was very affordable and worth the value for their time and service . I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend this company.

Shawn from Universal arrived to destroy some bee hives in our backyard. He arrived promptly, was extremely courteous, and the price was great. He even called the following morning to check on the situation. We would recommend Shawn at Universal to anyone who needs help with exterminating projects and we'll be sure to use him again in the future for preventative termite control.

We submitted our request and within minutes, Shawn had called to set up a time (on a Sunday!). He was friendly, reassuring, and super professional, telling us what to do and buy before he did his inspection (lots of laundry). He was communicative throughout the day and came on-time. Once here, he did a quick but thorough inspection, gave us the good news that we didn't have bedbugs, and wouldn't even accept a tip for his troubles. I would recommend him to anyone!

I had an emergency situation with a very large amount of bees getting into a bedroom in my house. Shaun Khan came this past Sunday morning and immediately diagnosed how they were getting in and had an excellent plan, came back at night and took care of the problem. I highly recommend him and the company. Very nice, professional , and very fair price for this service.

Shawn is very friendly however I did not receive the service he promised. I hired him to treat my 4 family apartment building on a monthly basis. We did not have a roach or mice problem initially so this was a preventative measure. He told me that he would post a notice in the vestibule of the building a day before each treatment was to be conducted. That NEVER happened. He did not stick to the original schedule which was the 4th Saturday of each month so my tenants were not present in many instances to have their apartment treated. I only learned this after speaking with the tenants and asking when they last saw the exterminator. Then we started to have a mouse problem. Shaun said he handled mice also and it would be no extra charge. However, one tenant said he asked the person doing the treatment to treat for mice and he told him they don't treat for mice. I spoke to Shaun and he sent someone to treat for mice. Basically, they just put down traps but a second tenant said the mice were avoiding the traps and the problem was not getting better. I spoke to Shaun and asked that he take it a step further. He contacted the tenant and sent someone the next day. Then the 1st tenant called me saying the problem was getting worse. I called all the tenants to see what their situation was and they all said the problem was getting worse. I then called Shaun and explained that all the apartments needed to be treated beyond putting down traps. They need to find the holes, put poison in the holes and block the holes. He asked me to provide everyone's contact # and he would be there by Friday or Saturday. One frustrated tenant was calling me daily for status and I explained they should be there on Friday or Saturday. Friday and Saturday came and went and no one showed up. The tenant called me around 12 PM on Friday saying someone called and said they would come that morning but never showed up. I texted Shaun with that info and asked him when the tenant could expect someone to be there. I got no response. The next day the tenant said she received a call at 4:35 PM on Friday saying they would be there on Saturday morning. Saturday afternoon at 3 PM she contacted me again saying that they did not show up again and she was beyond frustrated. I then texted Shaun again to say I would be looking for a new company to do business with. He never responded to the previous text and his response to my last text was that "I'm texting him like he's in the office with the schedule and that he is not updated on the schedule as I may think" I thought that response was TOTALLY inappropriate. First of all, he should have responded to the first text and said something to the effect of "Sorry for the inconvenience. I don't have access to the schedule but I will look into it and get back to you." I felt his price was very reasonable but as they say... You get what you pay for! I am not a mean spirited person so I don't like writing a bad review however this
