Showed up on time as promised. . Came back for follow-up appointment as promised on time. I'd use them again.

We submitted our request and within minutes, Shawn had called to set up a time (on a Sunday!). He was friendly, reassuring, and super professional, telling us what to do and buy before he did his inspection (lots of laundry). He was communicative throughout the day and came on-time. Once here, he did a quick but thorough inspection, gave us the good news that we didn't have bedbugs, and wouldn't even accept a tip for his troubles. I would recommend him to anyone!

I found Universal Exterminating very responsive and quite thorough with the horrifying mice problem plaguing the household. I highly recommend Joseph, who was meticulous throughout the entire process and when we encountered another problem Shawn and Joseph remedied the problem right away.

I called universal Exterminating for a bed bug consultation. When the technician, Shawn, came he was so thorough checking every corner and answering every question. Unfortunately he did find evidence of a mild infestation and treated my apartment shortly after. He was also sensitive to the fact that I had children and was pregnant when it came to spraying So far after the main treatment a month ago and a 2 smaller treatments my "little visitors" seem to be gome. I have already recommended the company to family and friends. Shawn is amazing, don't think I would use the company without him.

I had a gentleman name Shawn schedule an appointment with for 330 pm. On his way here, some idiot driver hit his truck from behind in the middle of the expressway. Shawn, in spite of all this, called me immediately and told him his situation. (This speaks volume). He was still calm and collected and made every effort to set me with his co-worker Joseph. Joseph made it to my house on time and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and did not leave my home until he could take care of every inch of my home. This company is by far the BEST company I have ever hired to help me with roaches.

Shaun Khan came this past Sunday morning and immediately diagnosed how they were getting in and had an excellent plan, came back at night and took care of the problem.
