Shawn arrived promptly at 7am on Sunday morning and proceeded to exterminate the outside patio deck that was home for many years to carpenter bees. He was very thorough and informative about his procedure and promised a follow-up visit for the final applications.

I called universal Exterminating for a bed bug consultation. When the technician, Shawn, came he was so thorough checking every corner and answering every question. Unfortunately he did find evidence of a mild infestation and treated my apartment shortly after. He was also sensitive to the fact that I had children and was pregnant when it came to spraying So far after the main treatment a month ago and a 2 smaller treatments my "little visitors" seem to be gome. I have already recommended the company to family and friends. Shawn is amazing, don't think I would use the company without him.
