Description of Work: Sales person came to the house with an assistant. Instead of responding to what we wanted to have done, the sales person's proposal focused primarily on wanting to sell us all new high end equipment. The cost with installation would be approximately $5,000.00. We asked if the proposal could be modified to lower the cost somewhat. The sales person said he would get back to us with a revised proposal. We never got a reply and went with someone else.
