Milton came to our house because we were having faucet issues in our kitchen where we had no water. Miltons assessed the problem gave us a very reasonable quote and was courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this company,Milton if you can ask for him by name.

The tech did a very good job, and it was a very difficult hot water heater install. He took the time to research everything to make sure that the unit was the correct rating for my home. After the unit was installed it starting to leak from the anode rod nut, and followed up with me after the warranty tech tightened it and corrected it.

They were terrific and very helpful!

I had a plumbing job and it was very important for me to have someone to give proper documentation and they came out and I was never provided a receipt they only gave me an estimate. I have called the company several times to get a receipt, never have they called me back directly, I have contacted Home Advisor and they called this contractor and they said he would get me the invoice, I still have not received it. It has been extremely frustrating working with this company, It brings in to question their integrity and how they value their customer, I am supposed to have a one year warranty but I have no documentation to prove that.

They are supposed to be licensed. The guy who came out to do work but he was not licensed. This is not funny. He was a not a restored Plumber although heckled to me the Plumbing Troopers. find that this behavior is ok. Asked before I have an estimate. Then, the estimate is free then they charged for travel time. How can that be legal? It cannot be, it is too much money for a handyman plumber. Very expensive for a3r world plumber. I use to have a remodeling business. When the plumber could not fix the existing faucet? I knew I was in trouble. it was the cylinder. although the new was ruined. I bought a new faucet. If you are expecting a licensed plumber, it will not be from the guys at PLUMBING TROOPERS. Just handymen!

Patrick was very friendly and knowledgeable, he came up with a unique solution to our tricky problem and saw it through to the perfect end result. Would definitely recommend using Plumbing Troopers again!
